. Trading business :- in this my father has to buy


containers from other brands (for ex :- Nescafé ,
Johnson’s baby) and then export to other peoples /
countries as well so , basically it’s called IMPORT &
EXPORT BUSINESS.

Key responsibilities:-
- To check the price of the product. Cause
sometimes they have to buy from the supplier
and they do fraud.
- Too look at the expiry and manufacturing Date
( cause wht happens is if the product has expiry
of early dates then the price of it goes down)
- Next is observing , interacting as much as possible
& making connections with genuine suppliers.
- Observing the market needs (like what’s in trend
for ex my fathers business is setup in Dubai so
lately the the viral KUNAFA chocolate is in
trend ,so the markets as well as other countries
demands are for the same.)
- (Most important) is to take sharp minded
employees & accounts . Cause it’s there work to
look upto certain things to maintain the
connection with suppliers & dealers they need to
keep looking at gmails , as well as the money
prospects.
Daily task & lgt goals.
1. To keep in touch with markets.
2. Expanding connections
3. Checking & rechecking on their employees work
efficiency.

1. To keep rising and blooming the business
company.
2. To keep the employees happy and satisfied .
3. Giving the money on time.

1. Atleast graduated in field of bachelors in
economics, bachelors in business studies.
2. For getting job in marketing sector qualification
needed are MBA in Human Resources
management, MBA in sales and retail
management.
3. Atleast must hold 1-2yrs experience in some
other co-operate job sector
4. Graduate in psychology background
