The two most common nuqoosh used in amaliyat are 3x3 and 4x4 called mussalas and murabbi

respectively . Numeric values of any name ayat or anything can be calculated first using the adad
calculation system after that making the naqsh will be started .

There are 4 kinds of chaals ie Aatishi(Fire) Aabi(Water) Khaki(Earth) Baadi(Air)

naqsh should be given according to the personality of the person for whom it is intended .

Naqsh mussalas 3x3

The smallest value of which mussalas naqsh can be made is 15 . 1 to 14 value can not be
entertained . Minus 12 from the total value of any ayah name or anything and divide it by 3 .
example . 786-12 =774 now divide it by 3 … 258 is what we get without any remainder .
Naqsh will be filled by 258 number increasing 1 in every box position till all 9 boxes are filled .
Example 787-12=775 now divide it by 3 --- 258 is what we will get but with a remainder which is
1 now this situation is called (Kasr) therefore a small tweak will be done in the naqsh . If 1 is
remaining then 1 number will be added in the 7th position value . If 2 is the remainder then 1
number will be added in the 4th position value .

Naqsh murabbis 4x4

The smallest value of which murabbi naqsh can be made is 34 . 1-33 values can not be entertained .
Minus 30 from the total value of any ayah name or anything and divide it by 4 .
Example 786-30=756 now divide it by 4 ...189 is what we will get without any remainder . Naqsh
will be filled by 189 number increasing 1 in every boxy position till all 16 boxes are filled .
Example 787-30=757 now divide it by 4 ---189 is what we will get but with a remainder which is 1
now this situation is called (Kasr) therefore a small tweak will be done in the naqsh . If 1 is
remaining then 1 number will be added in the 13th position value . If 2 is the remainder then 1
number will added in the 9th position value . If 3 is the remainder then 1 will be added in the 5th
position value .

Always fill the naqsh according to the numeric values starting from the lowest to the highest for
better result or else it won’t work .
