Gandhi's lasting philosophical contributions, particularly in the context of India's aspirations for holistic and inclusive
development. As India grapples with multifaceted socio-economic & political challenges, the foundational principles of
nonviolence, sustainability, and social justice articulated by Mahatma Gandhi resonate with renewed significance. This
seminar aims to critically interrogate these principles through an interdisciplinary lens, fostering in-depth academic
discourse that aligns Mahatma Gandhi's visionary framework with contemporary developmental imperatives. By situating
Mahatma Gandhi's thought within its historical milieu, the seminar aspires to illuminate its enduring relevance and potential
applications in addressing the pressing challenges of modern India.
