 Concept & Niche: Our concept is to sell grinded coffee and


when it will start to grow then we will further move
toward the roasted coffee beans .
 Market Research: There is no such tough competition in
the market regrading raw coffee but it is enough for a
small startups like us .The demand of coffee is quite good
in offices ,Universities ,among students and Universities
hostel.
 Business Model: We will sell online on our website as well
as offline.
 Financial Plan: Our estimated budget for this startup
would be around fifty thousand (50,000).We will research
on the rival brands pricing strategy and try our best to
provide the customers Good quality at lowers prices.
(After communicating with the suppliers we will plan our
expenses.

2. Sourcing and Supply Chain

 Coffee Bean Sourcing: As we will start on a small scale we


will source our coffee beans from local vendors of our
city .

3. Legal Requirements

 Business Registration: Ensure your business is legally


registered.
 Permits and Licenses: Depending on your location, you
may need licenses for importing, food handling, or selling
agricultural products.
 Trademark Protection: Consider protecting your brand
name and logo.

 Online Store: We will Build an e-commerce platform where


customers can order raw coffee. We will Ensure secure
payment options and user-friendly design.
 Wholesale: Build relationships with local cafe’s, and
roasters, who may want to purchase raw coffee in bulk.

 Brand Identity: Create a strong brand that highlights your
