1.Drain Sump/Top Up & Check Levels 1. Check Vacuum reading Direct From Inlet Port.

6. Check Fuel Tank For Dirty Fuel & Drain Off Water 6. Check oil level and condition
7. Check All Guards ( Must Be Fitted) Pump 250 Hours
8. Where Fitted, Check Clutch, Gearbox and Grease 1. Check Gland or Mechanical Seal for Leaks
9. Check Battery Water Level 2. Check seal reservoir level and condition
10. Check Condition Of Belts 2. Check Impeller For Visual Blockages
11. Check Operation of Starting Equipment & Alt. light. 3. Visual Check of All Mountings, Bolts, Skid Chases
12. Check Shutdown Equipment if Fitted (Visual) Loss of 4. Check Bauer Couplings & “O” Rings

Take oil sample and top up oil level.
16. Check Radiator & Inhibitor If Fitted 8. Check all oil ,water and air hoses
PUMP 500 HOURS
Engine:500 HOUR SERVICE 1. Check Reflux Box Seat & Ball or Clack Assembly.
1. Replace Fuel Filters 2. Check and Clean Float Gear
2. Check & Clean Cooling Fins. 3. Check stub Shaft Bolts &/or Coupling
3. Check Shutdown Equipment if Fitted. (Manual)
4. Check & Tighten all Engine Mounts COMPRESSOR - EVERY 500 HOUR
5. Check Air Fan & Jockey Pulley Bearings 1. Check for Gasket Oil Leaks at the Base & Head
6. Check skid Runners or Wheels For Wear. 2. Jets & Nozzles- Check for Blockages
- Check for Obvious Wear
7.(Hatz Engines) Check Inlet Manifold For Traces of Oil. 3. Tee/Separator Tank - Check & Clean Filter
4. Check air filter condition ( clean or replace)
5. Check oil, water and air hose’s conditions
6. Check belt tension and condition
Note: All 250Hr Routine Checks Are To Be Carried Out in Conjunction With All 500 Hour Service Checks.
