THIS IS TO CERTIFY that ALVIN M. ANLUECO of legal age, married and a bona-
fide resident of Purok 4, San Pedro, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, is currently working as
Tricycle Driver BCTODA, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. As such he does not have formal
employment or regular income, and his livelihood falls under informal activities and
earning P3,000.00 per month.

Based on the assessment and validation conducted by the undersigned, the


above-mentioned income remains insufficient to meet the family’s daily sustenance
for food and is currently experiencing financial difficulties due to rising inflation.

This certification is issued upon the request of the above-named person for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
