Sub: Independent Engineer Services for Supervision of 4-laning of Guhana-Sonepat
(Pkg-2) Section from km 40.601 to km 78.837 (Length = 38.236km) of NH-352A in
the state of Haryana under Bharatmala Priyojna under NH(O) to be implemented on
Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). Regarding maintenance of existing road as per
clause 6.2.1 of CA.
Dear Sir,
Your kind attention is invited to the above mentioned subject for which as per
clause 6.2.1 of Concession Agreement, Concessionaire have to maintain the existing
road highway to ensure the road is in pothole free condition at its own cost.
For this, PIU, NHAI as well as team of Independent Engineers have made several
request to you verbally and telephonically to maintain the existing road but till
date no action has been taken at your end. The condition of existing road is very
much poor as there are lots of pothole. News clip of regarding poor Condition of
road is also enclosed with this letter.
You are therefore again requested to maintain the existing road and make the road
fee from potholes within three (03) working days and submit your report to PIU in
this regard.
