allotted/ non admitted till round 3 of State Counseling process are eligible
to participate in WB NEET UG Medical Dental Counseling 2024 Stray
Vacancy Round.
The candidates who have admitted till round 3 of All India Counseling
process are not eligible to participate in WB NEET UG Medical Dental
Counseling 2024 Stray Vacancy Round.
Candidateswho are not reported in round 3 of All India Counseling process
are allowed to participate in WB NEET UG Medical Dental Counseling 2024
Stray Vacancy Round.
Rest of the policies regarding eligibility of WB NEET UG Medical Dental
Counseling 2024 Stray Vacancy Round shall remain same as per the notice
published in WB Counseling website dated 20.08.2024 bearing memo no.
HEW-23099/206/2023/M/2129 and corrigendum notice published on
21.08.2024 bearing memo no. HEW-23099/206/2023/M/2135.

NOTICE
Urgent Attention Candidates:
The Eligibility of candidates for StrayVacancy Round of UG Counselling
to be conducted by MCC and State Counselling may benoted as under:
Candidates who are not holding any seat either in All India Quota or State
Quota are eligible to participate in Stray Vacancy Round of UG
Counselling 2024 tobe conducted by MCC.
> Candidates who did not join their seats allotted through MCC in Round-3
are Not Eligible' to participate in Stray Vacancy Round of UG
Counselling 2024 ofMCC. However, 'NotReported'candidates of Round
3 of MCCcounselling can participate in state UG counselling.
> Candidates who have joined State quota seats through earlier Rounds are
not eligible to participate in Stray Vacancy Round ofUG Counselling 2024
ofMCC.
The Security Deposit of candidates who do not join their allotted seat in
Stray Vacancy Round will be forfeited and such candidates will be debarred
from taking NEET exam for the next ycar.
> The Data of Joined candidates of Round-3 conducted by MCC will be
counselling authorities and such candidates will be
shared with state
debarred from taking admission instate quota counselling.
> Candidates may contact State Counselling Authorities for any
information regarding state quota seats counselling.
