Daily Routine Diet Chart
Wakeup Time:
Monday to Saturday – 5:30 am
Sunday – 7:00 am
Morning Routine:
2 glasses of lukewarm water
Breakfast:
Oats with assorted fruits (banana, berries, or apple) and a handful of nuts (almonds or walnuts)
Lunch: 10:30 am - 11:00 am
Rice, 1 bowl of dal with the serving of curry (vegetables or meat)
Salad (cucumber, carrots)
Snacks: 2:30 pm - 4pm
One cup of tea (green or black)
1-2 slices of bread or roti with some curry
Momos, pizza, and similar treats (trying to limit frequency)
Evening: 6:00 PM
Yoga Class (1-hour Session)
Dinner: 8:00 PM
Typically includes rice, a bowl of dal, and a serving of curry (vegetable or meat). Sometimes, I
skip dinner if I’ve had a heavy snack earlier in the day.
Bedtime: 10:00 PM
Other Additional Activities:
I go for a morning run (5 km) on Saturdays.
I enjoy eating out with friends.
I engage in outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, watching movies on weekends.
I set aside time for relaxation and self-care, like reading or meditating.
