INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATES FOR THE ENTRANCE TEST IN CBT MODE (Read carefully)
1. No candidate will be allowed entry into Examination Centre without valid admit card and original Id proof (Hard copy only,
soft copy will not be accepted). Valid Id proofs are Aadhar Card with recent photo, PAN card, Driving license, Passport, Voter ID
card, Student Identity Card with photograph issued by the School/College last attended). Please see the clause 4.6 of UG
Prospectus-2023.
2. Candidates are advised to report at the Examination Venue on the Reporting time printed on this Admit Card. No candidate
will be allowed entry after GATE CLOSING TIME i.e 15 minutes before the start of the examination.
3. Candidate will have to give biometric/thumb impression at the registration desk of examination center.
4. Candidate should cooperate to ensure smooth security check.
5. Candidate will be required to enter Login ID (Application Number) and Password (Date of Birth) given on the Admit Card
to start the Entrance Examination in CBT mode. Candidate should ensure that his/her Name and other details on the admit card
which will subsequently appear on the Computer Screen are CORRECT.
6. No Candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of the examination.
7. Candidates must appear the examination on the date and time mentioned in the admit card. Any request for change of
Date/Session/Centre/Venue will not be entertained. (Refer to clause 6.1 of UG Prospectus-2023)
8. No negative marks for incorrect answer.
9. Use of Books, Notebooks, Calculators, Watch Calculators, Pagers, Mobile Phone and all types of Electronic Gadget etc. are not
permitted in the Examination Hall. Candidates are advised not to carry them to the examination centre.
10. Candidates will be provided with blank white papers for rough work which will be collected at the end of the examination.
Candidates must not copy questions and answers on the paper given for rough work.
11. Instances for providing wrong information or suppressing/tampering facts by a candidate detected at any stage of the Admission
Process will lead to disqualification and denial of admission. Please see the clause 3.7 of UG Prospectus-2023.
12. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing for the examination including
giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the examination will be disqualified.
13. Entry of Parents inside the Examination Premises is not permitted in any case.
14. Submission of online Application Form-B between 26.06.2023 to 17.07.2023 is compulsory for admission. No request to
submit Form-B or edit Form-B after due date mentioned above will be entertained at any cost. Wrong entry of marks to
enhance weightage will lead to denial of admission. (Read clause 4.7 & Annexure-II of the U.G Prospectus-2023 carefully
before submitting Form-B).
