Hi ma’am/sir! Good day! My name is Shiella Mae Ombrog,22 years old. My highest educational
attainment is Senio9r high school graduate I am enthusiastic, flexible, and hard working person. I am an
extroverted person so mingling with people comes naturally to me, and even gives me a great pleasure.
I’m what you would call “people person”. I’m very eager to learn new things and helping other people is
my passion.

You should hire me because I am fast learner, I have active listening skills, I can do multi-tasking tasks,,
and I can follow instructions properly and lastly you should hire me because I will be the best asset for

WHY DID YOU APPLY HERE?

It is practical to work at a call center. You get benefits like HMO Medical coverage, night differential
wages, allowance, and a high salary.

Yes, why not. I want to pursue my career in the future because it is my ticket for a better future. If you
want to succeed in life u have to set goals in order for you to achieve that goal u have to work hard.

WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSESES? Or WHAT DIFFICULTIES OR PROBLEM YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED?

My greatest weakness is that I tend to procrastinate. I would work on my projects at the last minute and
end up scrambling when the deadline comes. What I noticed was, I only tend to procrastinate on big and
complicated projects but never on small ones. For example, I could work on a daily assignment with no
problem but working on my thesis is just too overwhelming. To deal with this, I read blogs about
productivity and one technique that particularly works for me is to break down a large project into a
series of mini-projects. This way, I’m not overwhelmed and I tend to feel motivated every time I
complete a single mini-project.

HOW DO YOU PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

We all know that customer service means addressing the client’s concern. Excellent customer service
means providing additional service above and beyond addressing the client’s inquiry. At the end of the
day, the client was pleased about the service provided. Exerting every effort and empathizing with the
client, as if we ourselves were in need of assistance, is required for excellent customer service.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF 5 YEARS FROM NOW?

By that time I hope to be the one of the big bosses, either manager, supervisor, or in a different
department. I am serious about this job application and I’m planning to stay for a long period of time.

We all know we have different senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste. A blind person is missing
sight, so in order to describe the color red you will need to use the other senses. For example, the color

Attendance is important because it is reflect on you of what kind of a person you are and how this job is

I am favor of online classes because it’s so dangerous to go back to school face to face classes in this
pandemic what matter is our health and our family to be safe and we have a social media to have our
online classes for the people who can’t afford gadgets.

I will discuss about the pandemic. On how it changes the life of many people in this world. How it made
us realize the value of things that we tend to ignore when there is no pandemic. On how we should have
spend more time with our family and how we should talked to God to ask forgiveness and thank him for
every little things that happens in our life.

Because of financial problem and because of the pandemic.

Yes it happens all the time specially on desperate situation.

To handle work pressure situation I always try to keep the focus on work and avoid frustration and
prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done.

I will bring; lighter, tent, and rope because that was my basic needs for me able to survive in an island.

My favorite food is fried chicken. You need to marinate it first with soysauce, ground pepper, and garlic
for atleast 1-2 hours and then fry it.

To get here ALORICA CENTRIS. I need to ride tricycle first and then bus and stop infront of the building
and walk for a while and then I’m here.

WHAT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEEN URGENCY AND ALWAYS ON TIME?

Urgency requires an immediate action especially when you were task to do something while being on
time means you value the time of other you work as a professional. For me it means you do have a
choice to be on time or always be late.

ONE DAY YOU WILL LEAVE THE COMPANY SO WHAT WOULD BE THE REASON?

I think its because the company doesn’t need my service anymore, but as long as the company needs me
and the treatment is professional and fair, I will stay.

My past is something I had to be thankful. I’ve been through a lot of bad and good memories,
experiences, there are painful and beautiful scars I never taught that I could have but those things made
me more stronger, independent and I’ve learned a lot from those experiences.

Customer service is the assistance and advices provided by the company to those people who buy it’s
product and services.

As of now my greatest dream is to having stable job to be able to build my family house, provide their
daily needs and wants.

Honestly speaking, I am not expecting high salary because I am just a newbie and I don’t have any

CC is one form of BPO or business process outsourcing where you will be handling calls from clients or
customer with inquiries or problems about a specific product or service and where you will be helping
them find or help them with their problem appropriately, providing them with the optimal service.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?

If I ever get hired in your company, in 5 years I see myself still working for your company hopefully in a
higher position like tl.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE IRATE CUSTOMER?

In handling irate costumers, always remain calm and be professional. You have to know that the
customer is not mad at you but its frustrate with the problem he or she is currently encountering. Be
empathic. Apologize for the inconvenience, recognize their feelings of frustration and help them the
best way you can.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE OUR COMPANY?

I am actually in search of a company which can provide me with a suitable working environment where I
can exercise and broaden my knowledge and experience about customer service and improve my skill
set without compromising my values and at the same time, compensating and treating their employees

As long as I know that I am contributing to the company and vice versa, and there is growth I will stay

REGRET ON YOUR LIFE?

I didn’t regret anything from my past. As human, it is normal to make a mistake most of the time I made
a lot of those during my younger years and I bore those consequences happened to me. I was frustrated
and disappointed but I stood up and did great to improve because I know everything happens for a
reason.
