- Consult with our nutritionist, detox before starting, and receive freshly cooked

What if I have allergies?
- All allergies and medical conditions are addressed during the initial
consultation.
Do you deliver on weekends?
- Deliveries are done on Saturdays; no deliveries on Sundays.
How does delivery work?
- Deliveries are done twice a day for lunch and dinner.
Do I need to take any supplements?
- Supplements are discussed during the initial consultation. If not already on
supplements, you may not need any.
1. What is the cutoff time for placing or modifying an order?
The cutoff time for placing or modifying lunch orders is before 8:30 AM on
the same day. For dinner orders, the cutoff time is before 2:00 PM on the
same day. For changes affecting future days, please inform us at least one day
in advance.
2. Can I pause my meal plan temporarily?
Yes, you can pause your meal plan. Just inform us by 8:30 AM for lunch or by
2:00 PM for dinner on the day you wish to pause. For future pauses, please
notify us one day in advance.

expectations, we have implemented the
following policy regarding refunds:
No Refunds: MealsLab does not offer refunds for
any purchased meal plans or single meals. This
policy is in place to maintain the quality and
reliability of our meal services.
Meal Transfers: If you are unable to use your
purchased meals, you may transfer them to a
friend or family member. Please contact our
customer support team to facilitate this transfer.
Exceptions: In rare and exceptional
circumstances, our team may review individual
cases at their discretion. However, such cases will
be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
