Lesson 1&2

How Jesus expressed friendship among people e.g the sick the young and old

-He healed the sick.

-He blessed the little children.

-He fed the hungry.

-He calmed the storm.

-He called Zacchaeus from the Sycamore tree for he was a sinner and Jesus came to save
people.

-He died on the cross to save us from sin.

-He raised the dead.

Activity

Draw and name any thing that Jesus did to express friendship

Mention any four ways in which you can respond to Jesus’ friendship today

-Praying for the sick

-Feeding the poor

-Donating to the needy

-Helping the sick

Lesson3

Doing what is right at all times

Jesus encourages us to do what is right at all times i.e

-speaking the truth

-Helping others

-Being obedient

-Loving others

-Playing well with others

-Sharing with others

-praying all the time

-Reading the Bible

Lesson 4

What Jesus’ resurrection means to his friends

-Jesus’ resurrection means to his friends that there is life after death.

-We should repent our sins so as to go to heaven

-We should always pray to God

-We should forgive others

-Jesus died on the cross for our sins therefore a cross is a symbol of God’s love.

Activity

[Sing a song of praise ‘where ever he went/praying]

Lesson4

God’s family and our concern for sharing

How people in the Bible had their needs met

-Through praying, God could give His people what to eat.

-Through following God’s instructions.

-Through hard work.

-Sharing according to what each needed.

How forgiveness leads to acceptance and trust.

-It makes one feel free in mind

-It brings back the lost self esteem.
