Position: Inside Sales – Associate/Sr. Associate
Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Timings: Monday-Friday, 6pm-3am IST (company transportation provided)
Experience: 1-3 years experience for Associate level
3-5 years experience for Sr. Associate level
An ideal candidate should be able to work independently, however through effective collaboration with regional
sales managers; manage & build prospect pipeline by nurturing inbound leads & identifying new prospects through
primary research/cold calling.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be accountable for the following majorly:
• Identify, Build & Manage Prospects pipeline for assigned region within North American market.
• Manage and action upon inbound (Email & Marketing) leads.
• Establish contact and build rapport with potential clients, identify decision-makers and introduce GEP
• Generate/Gauge interest for Technology/Service offerings & set the right expectations.
• Schedule conference calls for Onsite/Regional Managers/VPs and assist them in qualifying leads and help
with follow-ups.
• Maintain and update records in CRM & related Sales tools.
Required Skills:
• Graduation is compulsory (MBA Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS office tools and CRM (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, BCM)

o Calls made o Quality of leads generated
o Proposals submitted o Business closed
