What is Sale Process?
Sales Process:
1. Greeting: I welcome my customer with Salam and with smile.
Finding potential customers who might be interested in what you're
selling. Typically when customer came in to our showroom he knows
what he is looking for but couldnot decide on what car to choose.
2. Qualifying: I ask the customer what they are looking for in a car. This
helps us understand their needs and preferences.
3. Approach: I start a conversation with the customer to make them feel
comfortable and find out what brought them to the dealership.
4. Presentation: I show the customer different cars that match their
needs. We explain the features and benefits of each car.
5. Handling objections: I handle customer objection if they have any.
6. Closing We finalize the sale. This includes signing paperwork and
arranging payment.
7. Follow-up: After the sale, we check in with the customer to make sure
that they are happy with their purchase.
