Khushi Capella is conceptualised as a very refreshing and modern residential
development that provides a convenient, functional and clean environment. Located on
the Bhubaneshwar–Cuttack expressway, the site is easily accessible from all parts of
the city with very good neighbouring developments likely to come up in the near future.

The architecture of the building expresses an international style and standard design of
detailing that is likely to set new benchmarks for future residential development. Three
residential towers are placed around a spectacular & centrally located club house with a
terrace pool overlooking landscape gardens. Residential towers have a lot of space
around, and are oriented so no apartment look into each other. All apartments will enjoy
clear and panoramic views of the neighbouring large open green lands and the highway.
A medium sized, smart and separated commercial development is planned near the
entrance to cater to F&B, office and serviced apartment needs for the residents.
The residential apartments are designed with a lot of natural light, cross ventilation and
flexibility for internal use. Carefully oriented terraces and balconies extend the inner
space towards the outside giving the apartments a much larger feel. Commercial
entrances and drop offs are segregated for privacy and security.
The arrival experience for the residential towers has been carefully choreographed. The
drop-off areas are welcoming with well-designed double-height residential lobbies
awash with natural light. Spaces between the boundary wall and the building are very
well landscaped to give an upmarket feel to the entire development. Careful planting
