Dear Ms Carrasco:
I hope you are well, I am writing you about the physics teacher job on the school's website.
I am telling you about myself and about my skills that I think make me a good applicant for the job:
I studied science pedagogy with a minor in physics at Princeton, from there I have had experiences in
different schools doing classes having good results in college admission tests by students, improving their
performance in tests and ability to solve problems.
I believe that one of the best skills of mine is communication, I have the ability to teach in a way that
students can understand the content through simple and clear ideas, being able to bring science to
everyday life and making students interested in this.
Personally I love science, especially physics and I have been part of research such as the Higgs Boson
and string theory at my university. Although later I discovered that my greatest desire was to teach, to
share my knowledge in order to have different visions to mine and in the future to have more scientists.
Saying all this, I hope you will consider me for the job, I would be very happy and I will do my best to
teach. If you need me you can write me to my personal email.
Sincerely
Antonia Alessio
