ANALYSIS
The Saint Marys School Library is located in Zengeza. The library uses the Library Management
System to maintain the records related to book purchase, stock maintanage, book search, book issueing,
fine collection and all neccessary requirements for the library to manage its day to day operations. With
a collection of books over 250, the library is well used supporting over 1500 pupils. The system is run
by 2 people. The current system makes use of members files, rented book files,processed receipts and
books in stock.
