Restrictions
Licensee shall not sublicense, sell, or distribute the Work without the explicit written consent of Licensor.
Any adaptation, modification, or derivative of the Work is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing
by Licensor.
Infringement and Remedies
Any unauthorized use of copyrighted material constitutes infringement. The aggrieved party can approach
the civil courts for appropriate remedies, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and legal costs.
Attribution
Licensee can give appropriate credit to the Licensor for any public use of the Work.
Warranties and Representations
Licensor represents and warrants that the Work is original and that they hold all the necessary rights to grant
this license. Licensor further warrants that the Work does not infringe on any third party's intellectual
property rights.
Termination
In the event of a breach by Licensee, Licensor may terminate the Agreement without written notice.By using
this Work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and
conditions set forth above. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.
