Pinili organized the INABEL ATTIRE COMPETITION 2024;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Pinili is given to the outstanding designer to show their talent in the
Inabel Attire Competition 2024;

WHEREAS, the competition is open for the designer for the Inabel Attire Competition;

WHEREAS, Bryan Paul S. Macayanan’s exemplary performance and achievements have brought
great pride and honor to Barangay 45 Tangid, Laoag City, as a whole;

NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby Resolved, to commend Bryan Paul S.

Macayanan of Barangay 45 Tangid, Laoag City, for his remarkable achievement in winning the Best
Designer of the INABEL ATTIRE COMPETITION at Pinili, Ilocos Norte.
