• Tourmitra is a web and mobile application designed to connect tourists with verified local guides across world.
• The platform caters to both domestic and international tourists, offering a secure and convenient way to explore India's
rich cultural heritage with the help of knowledgeable local guides.
❖ Authentication Process: Guides are verified using Aadhaar or PAN card details, ensuring the authenticity and safety of the
service. This process mitigates the risk of fraud and ensures that tourists are in safe hands.
❖ User Experience: The platform offers features such as scheduling tours according to the tourist's convenience, a rating and
review system to help users choose the best guides, and integrated payment processing to handle transactions securely
❖ Government Integration: As a government-supported platform, Tourmitra will collaborate with local tourism boards
to provide accurate information and promote responsible tourism.

• Team Composition: A small, dedicated team with Work with AI is required for initial development, with roles in web/mobile
development, marketing, and customer support.
• Guide Onboarding: Implementing a standardized process for guide verification, alongside ongoing training and support and also
prioritizing on Women empowerment.
