"Good afternoon to all present here. On behalf of the organizing committee, I, Muktai Malekar
from the pre final year of ECE, and my co-host, Visheshwar Pandey from the pre final year of
ECE, welcome you all to today's Lecture on “Career tips and Interview Planning”. "It is with
great honour and privilege that we welcome our distinguished guest for today's special lecture,
Mr. Varun from a leading company____. We are also honoured to have with us today, our
respected Head of the ECE (Avionics) Department, Prof. Rakesh Kumar Jha, Head of the CSIT
Department, Prof. Dinesh Kumar, and the distinguished faculty of our university. Welcome to
each one of you."
2. Floral Welcome of the Guest (1:45 PM)
Visheshwar:
"Now, I invite Saloni to kindly come forward for the floral welcome of our distinguished guest,
Mr. Varun."
3.Welcome Address by TPO (1:50 PM)
Muktai:
I now request Mr. Viraj Magotra, our Training and Placement Officer (TPO), to deliver the
welcome address."

"Thank you, Sir, for your kind words. To acquaint our guest with the university, I invite Miss.
Preeti Singh, from ECE Avionics for a brief campus tour."
5.Keynote Lecture by Mr Varun:

"Now that we have completed the campus tour, it’s time for the moment we’ve all been waiting
for. It is our honor to invite Mr. Varun to deliver his lecture on ' Career tips and Interview
Planning'. Please give him a huge round of applause."

"Thank you so much, Sir, for that enlightening and motivating lecture. We now open the floor for
