Vision : As an institution, the STAC envisioned to be a catalyst in the total development of the individual in search for truth and knowledge.
Mission : To provide efficient and effective delivery of instruction and Christian formation with commitment and service that can cater to the changing needs of the church
and of the community.
STAC Goal : To make the Thomasian Family an evangelizing and educative community in which all members participate harmoniously in the attainment of its Vision/Mission
and Objectives.
Philosophy : STAC believes that education must instill love for work, love for his fellowmen and country, respect for the right of others, love for peace and the practice of
Christian values- Faith, Hope and Charity.
Objectives
1. To imbue with Christian conviction, to be academically and professionally competent, vocationally and technically skilled, make a sound judgment and sensible
decision, and become active agents of social transformation.
2. To promote the well-being and enhance the professional qualification of the teaching and non-teaching staff.
3. To apply teaching strategies that could develop in the students’ critical and reflective thinking, independence and sound- mindedness.
4. To upgrade the instructional materials and delivery system to make them responsive to the needs of the time.
5. To inculcate Christian values by integrating them in all subjects areas and activities of the institution.
6. To give witness to the life of authentic faith through humble service in the community.
COURSE TITLE: Entrepreneurial Management
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The course aims to teach the approach entrepreneurs use in identifying opportunity and creating new ventures; the analytic skills that are needed to practice this approach; and
the background knowledge and managerial skills that are necessary for dealing with the recurring issues involved in starting, growing, and harnessing the value of new ventures.

PREREQUISITES: NONE
COURSE OUTCOMES:
1. Recognize the different concepts in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial management and have a thorough understanding in their level of entrepreneurial competencies.
2. Identify the importance of business planning, its advantages, the step-by-step procedure in preparing a business plan, and the various forms of business ownership.
3. Formulate innovative business ideas with a thorough understanding of the market and industry.
4. Classify the factors and other necessities for successfully managing and starting a business, apply guidelines for starting up a business, explain the responsibilities of
the marketing manager in production and pricing, and elucidate the implementation of E-commerce
5. Distinguish the responsibilities of a financial manager, investigate techniques and sources of funding, assess principles of responsible financing, and evaluate protocols
for financial documentation.
6. Develop values such as honesty, taking personal responsibility, being courageous in making a business proposal.
