Dear K Bhavya Teja,
This is in reference to your job application and subsequent interviews with us. We are happy to offer
you a position as CRM Executive with Goldenkey Ventures Private Limited.
The following are the terms and conditions of our offer:
1) JOINING DETAILS
Your appointment is on confirming the basis for the date of joining i.e. (with effect from 01/02/2024). This Offer Letter is
valid till 01/02/2024 for joining, later it will be elapsed.
2) REMUNERATION
Your total cost to the company (CTC) is INR. 4,46,400 per annum i.e., you will be paid a consolidated
emolument of INR 37,200/-. This has been detailed in the salary structure which is part of your
induction.
3) JOB LOCATION
Your job location is Hyderabad, India.
4) PROBATIONARY PERIOD
You will be on probation for a period of Ninety (90) days from the date of your appointment, which
may be further extended at the company's discretion.
5) BACKGROUND CHECK
As a part of the joining formalities, the company may, at its discretion, conduct background checks to
validate the details of your education and previous employment details furnished by you. Therefore,
the documents listed in this email must be submitted. In addition, the company may conduct
background checks on your identity, address provided, and criminal records if any.
6) NOTICE PERIOD
Your employment shall solely base on the professional relationship with Goldenkey Ventures Pvt Ltd.
and/ or Project Continuity. The employment is purely at the free will of Goldenkey Ventures Pvt Ltd.
and yourself. We respect your choice for change and ensure a smooth & harmonious transition. In
case of non-performance during the probation period, your services can be terminated by giving one
week's notice and vice versa. In case you decide to leave after the probation period, you will be
required to give Thirty (30) Working Days' notice or salary thereof subject to the company's
discretion in the event of you having any incomplete assignment, the company will have the
discretion to relieve you only at the end of Thirty Days(30) Days. Similarly, the company can terminate
your services by giving you with or without One-month notice or Salary thereof based upon your
conduct.
7) RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY
On the date of the Employee’s relieving from the company, the employee should return all the property
belonging to the company (like laptops, mobile handsets, SIM cards, communication devices, office keys,
office documents, security access cards, passwords etc.). Otherwise, you are responsible for every act or
omission contrary to the provisions of the Code of which he/she shall be guilty within the territory of
Hyderabad Jurisdiction.
8) SALARY REVIEW
Your increments and prospects in the company depend entirely on your efficiency, hard work, regular
attendance, sincerity, good conduct, business performance, and other relevant factors. Increment in no
case shall automate and be a matter of right and it will be taken up as per the company’s practices.
