On Thursday, March 7th, 2024, Task Force Officers of The United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force were attempting to locate Lauren Angelica King
(date of birth 10/24/1991), who had an active warrant for her arrest. The charges on the warrant were Lewd or Lacivious Battery FSS 800.04(4a) and Lewd
or Lacivious Molestation FSS 800.04(5c2),

At approximately 10:54 a.m. that same day, the Task Force Officers located King leaving the parking lot of the Palm Vista Apartments, located at 3726
Central Avenue, Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida.

King was placed into custody and United States Marshal Special Deputy Eric Salter transported her to the Lee County jail for further booking and
lodging,

An investigation by the Fort Myers Police Department has revealed the following
facts:

On March 3, 2024, Ruan Oliveira (Hispanic/Male, Date of Birth: 04/08/2006)

called the Fort Myers Police Department to report a sex-offense which occurred at 2629
Broadway. Officer Ja"heem Gibson was assigned to conduct the preliminary investigation. The
incident was assigned report number 24-0022609. The following is Officer Gibson's narrative:

The following narrative was written by primary officer, a'heem Gibson:

"On Sunday, March 03, 2024, at approximately 8:08 PM, while on uniformed
marked patrol within the City ofFort Myers, Florida, Officers J. Gibson and J, King
were dispatched to 2210 Widman Way (The Fort Myers Police Department) in reference
to a sex offense.

While on scene, Officers made contact with Ruan Oliveira (H/M DOB: 04/08/2006),

who advised he was a witness and wanted to provide a statement. Shortly after, Officers

made contact with the victim, ond his mother,

10 crrived on scene.

Officer King spoke with GM in order to determine ifa crime, had in fact,
occurred. 0EE advised the following: A few months ago he gave his teacher, later

identified as Lauren King (W/F DOB 10/24/1991), his phone number. King contacted
on a regular basis, and the conversation startedfriendly. mentioned he
had been wanting a new hoodie and informed King of it. King advised she would give it
to him as could not afford it. stated King called him and said she could
meet him in the parking lot of his grandmother's apartment complex located at
et King and entered her vehicle. She then began to feel his thigh,

then his penis through his pants, leading to her pulling down his pants, and providing

oral sex to him. King goes into the backseat of the car and then takes offher clothing,

clear that a criminal offense was being alleged, and there are restrictions on interviews

regardingjuveniles involved in sex crimes.

Detective Wood responded to the scene.

Officer King then spoke with wo stated the following through an

audio-recorded sworn statement:

cellphone. Oliveira then asks who is calling his phone, and he replies, "My
Teacher." Oliveira suspects something is amiss and presses . MM to disclose the
nature of these personal calls. WEE then tells Oliveira he and the teacher had sex.
Oliveira pays for theirfood and walks out. Shortly after, received another phone
call, and Oliveira answered the phone and told the teacher, "Leave him alone. I've found
out everything that you do." Oliveira stated EEE owed him text messages from the
teacher and himself as it was determined he is not the only kid and bribes other children

as she confesses she and had sexual intercourse and to give her a week and she
would quit and leave the area. Oliveira advised that he audio-recorded the entire

In the following days, King would continue to send messages and call him.

"up and down",

GE then described that at one point during this encounter, King laid down on her
back, and directed keep going "back and forth" (indicating thrusting).
advised that he continued to have vaginal intercourse with King until he "nutted"

clarified that when he says he "nutted", he is referring to when "something

white came out of his private part", indicating ejaculation). esvised that the
white substance that came out of his penis, went into King's "private part". did
not wear a condom during this incident.

GE advised that he initially lied to police about having worn a condom during this

incident, because he was "scared".

After the intercourse had concluded, ceturned to his grandma's apartment

(apartment 12). A short time later, King had called and advised him to not tell

anyone about the sexual intercourse that they just had.

King then sent MS50 via CashApp. King also had sent an additional $150 to
a CashApp under the guise of it being a gift for his birthday (the exact date of
the transactions are unknown).

"private parts" and "boobs". EEE stated that King would send the images and videos
but would then delete the message a short time later. EEEalso described that King
had sent him a video, which depicted King's "private part". In the video, King inserts her
fingers into her private part, causing a "slimy" sound.

2¢vised that over the period of time in which he and King had been
communicating, King has given him a black iPhone 13, a pair of "Beats" headphones and
a gray "Dell" computer.

King gave the iPhone 13 to Mon his birthday. did not recall the date that
he received the "Beats" headphones, and he also does not recall the date that he received

the "Dell" computer.

advised that King had advised him that both he and she could get in trouble if

anyone were to discover about their sexual encounter(s).

WE edvised that King had utilized two (2) different phone numbers to contact him

with. All of the communications between E and King, was on iPhone

14, which has already been collected and submitted into the Fort Myers Police

Department Evidence vault.

GEE advised that he heard a rumor that King had sexual relations with another student
