RULES
1. Only individuals registered as part of the team are permitted to perform in the street
play.
2. The team must include a minimum of 8 actors.
3. The allotted time will cover both the performance and the setup and removal of all props
and equipment from the stage after the act.
4. No electrical appliances are permitted during the performance, whether inside or outside
the performance area.
5. Only live music is allowed. Teams must bring their own instruments, as none will be
provided.
6. The performance must be in Hindi, English, or both. Short passages in other languages
are permitted.
7. The use of fluids, live animals, flames, heavy objects, or any materials that could
potentially damage the stage is prohibited.
8. Dry colours may be used during the play.
9. Since performances are held in public venues, content that targets or criticizes specific
political groups or religious communities is strictly prohibited.
10. Obscenity of any kind, as determined by the judges, is not allowed and may result in
disqualification.
11. Teams must adhere to the allotted time limits. Failure to do so will result in negative
points awarded by the judges.
12. The judges’ decisions are final and binding.
13. In case of any dispute or misbehaviour from the participating team, the decision of
management team will be final and binding.

TEAM SIZE

TIME LIMIT
30-45 minutes (including stage setup)

JUDGING CRITERA
Energy, Expression, Coordination, Theme,
Choreography

RULES
1. The performance must be primarily in Hindi, English, or a combination
of both, though short segments in other languages are permitted.
2. The stage play may consist of multiple scenes and may include
blackouts, backstage voiceovers, narrations, and pre-recorded music.
3. The allotted time includes the setup and removal of all props and
equipment from the stage after the performance.
4. Pre-recorded content must be brought in a pen drive in .mp3 format.
5. Obscenity (as determined by the judges), inappropriate content, or
content that defames any political or religious group will result in
disqualification.
6. The use of fluids, flames, heavy objects, or any materials that could
damage the stage may lead to disqualification.
7. Teams must adhereto the time limits; failure to do so will result in
negative points from the judges.
8. Judges’ decision will be final and should be respected.
9. In case of any dispute or misbehaviour form the participating, the
decision of management team is final and binding.

RULES
1. The performance must be a one-act mime.
2. The act must not include content that could offend religious or
moral sentiments.
3. The concept of the performance should be conveyed clearly to
the audience.
4. Inappropriate or offensive content will result in disqualification.
5. The judge(s) decisions are final.
6. Teams exceeding the time limit will receive negative points from
the judges.
7. The use of fluids, flames, heavy objects, or any materials that
could potentially damage the stage is prohibited.
8. In case of any dispute or misbehavior from the participating team,
the decision of the management team will be final and binding.
 FOURTH WALL
TEAM SIZE
1 (Solo)

TIME LIMIT
5-10 minutes (including stage setup)

RULES
1. The performance must be presented as a single act, with no
blackouts allowed.
2. Participants are required to bring their own props for the
performance.
3. Content that is obscene, inappropriate, or defamatory towards any
political or religious group is strictly prohibited.
4. The use of fluids, flames, heavy objects, or any materials that may
damage the stage will result in disqualification.
5. Pre-recorded content must be submitted in mp3 format in a pen
drive.
6. Adherence to the time limits is crucial, penalties will be imposed
for exceeding the allotted time.
7. The judge(s) decisions are final and must be respected.
8. In case of any dispute or misbehaviour from the participating team,
the decision of management team will be final and binding
