weight gain and obesity. They contain high unhealthy fats which are not good
for your heart. Second, it contains high in sugar which can contribute to weight
gain, obesity, and other health problems, such as type 2 diabetes and heart
disease. Third, it contains high in sodium which increases your risk of high blood
pressure, stroke, and other health problems. Lastly, it has low in nutrients and
fiber.
When do we start to stop eating junk food snacks? When do we start eating
healthy food instead? Eating healthy food is better than junk food snacks.
Parents and teachers will work together and support each other to start
teaching the children on the bad effects of eating junk food snacks at home or in

Planting more trees can fight climate change that everyone has experienced
Planting more trees can make the environment cool and refreshing. Planting
more trees can save millions of lives today and in the coming years.
But how about those trees were cut down due to government road widening
programs, those trees were abused by the illegal loggers in the forest, those
trees grown in the city, those the animals lived in the trees. Are they all
protected? What could be everyone’s share in protecting trees everywhere?
Trees have important role in the society to combat climate change- a change
in the pattern of weather, and related changes in oceans, land surfaces
which is actually unavoidable nowadays to due fast changing world
particularly in science and technology that influenced human advancement
of learning.
According to a recent study, as trees grow, they help stop climate change by
removing carbon dioxide from the air, storing carbon in the trees and soil,
and releasing oxygen into the atmosphere. Trees provide many benefits such
as cooling shade, block cold winter winds, attract birds and wildlife, purify
our air, prevent soil erosion, clean our water, and add grace and beauty to
our homes and communities.
Planting trees and other plants is part of a learning curriculum that should be
taught by teachers to their learners the importance of planting trees and
other plants for greener and healthier environment to live in.
Therefore, planting more trees should be done with the help and support of
the community in order to fight climate change, to give natural shelter for
the animals like birds, monkeys, tarsiers, bats, etc. and lastly, to preserve
the mother earth for the generations to come.
