Placement Portal - User Guide
For ALC Coordinator
Login to Smart SOLAR
Click on Learner -> Placement
Click on “Central Placement Portal”

Learner Registration View


Click on “Learner Registration”
Click on “Learner Registration”
Click on “Import” button to Import learners from SOLAR
Select “Course and Batch” from Drop-Down Menu
Select “Module-IV Course and Batch” from Drop-Down Menu
Select Learner to register on Placement Portal
Once the Learner registered on Placement Portal, then it will be
Shown with “Registered” status in green.
You can check the Learner Profile
Click on “View & Allocate” to check and apply for job.
Click on “Job Allocate” Action Button to apply for job.
You can check Job details (if available) and click on “Allocate
Job” button to apply for job
You can check Job status by clicking on “Job Status” Action button.
To cancel job application, click on “Cancel Application” button.
Click on “Remove” action button to remove the learner (if not
interested in placement) from placement portal.

Organization Login
Click on “Organizations” button and add the details to register
the Organization/Company/Shop/Firm on Placement Portal
Fill out the details and click on “Register” button to submit the
form
Click on “View Details” button to check the details, you can
also “Edit” and “Remove” the
Organization/Company/Shop/Firm by using Action Buttons

Job Vacancies View


Click on “Jobs” option to add the job details and Click on “Add
Job Vacancy” to add more Job vacancy details
Fill out the details and click on “Add Job” button to add the
job vacancy on Placement Portal, click on “Vacancy No More
Required” button to remove the job vacancy from Placement
Portal
Click on “View Learner & Allocate” to apply the Learner for
respective job vacancy. To edit the details, click on “Edit Job”
button.
Select the learner to apply for respective job vacancy by using
Toggle Button and click on “Set Interview” action button to
schedule the interview.
Fill out the details and schedule the interview by clicking on
“Schedule” button

Conduct Interview
Click on Recruiters option and click on Conduct Interview to
complete the interview and Select Learner by clicking on
“Select Learner for Job” action button.
Job Appointment Letter
Upload Offer Letter and click on “Send Offer Letter” button to
send the offer letter to Learner.

Learner Registration View


Click on “Learner Registration” option and click on “View &
Allocate” button to accept the offer letter.
Click on “Status” action button to check the status of
interview.
Click on “Accept Offer” button to accept the job offer letter.
Status will be updated on Placement Portal
