Jane: Yes sir, we have several rooms available for that particular weekend. And what is the exact date of your arrival?
Jay: The 24th.
Jane: How long will you be staying?
Jay: we’ll be staying for three nights.
Jane: How many people is the reservation for?
Jay: There will be three of us.
Jane: And would you like a room with twin beds or a double bed?
Jay: A king size bed, please.
Jane: Great. And would you prefer to have a room with a view of the ocean?
Jay: If that type of room is available, I would love to have an ocean view. What's the rate for the room?
Jane: Your room is five hundred and ninety dollars per night. Now what name will the reservation be listed under?

Checking-In
Ella: Good afternoon. Welcome to the Padayon de Fantasia Hotel. How may I help you?
Jay: I have a reservation for today. It’s under the name of Jayjay.
Ella: Can you please spell that for me, sir?
Jay: Sure. J-A-Y-J-A-Y.
Ella: Yes, Mr. Jayjay, we’ve reserved a king sized bed room for you with a view of the ocean for three nights. Is that
correct?
Jay: Yes, it is.
Ella: Excellent. We already have your credit card information on file. If you’ll just sign the receipt along the bottom,
please.
Jay: Whoa! Five hundred and ninety dollars a night!
Ella: Yes, sir. We are a five star hotel after all.
Jay: Well, fine. We’re here on business anyway, so at least we’re staying on the company’s dime. What’s included in
this cost anyway?
Ella: A full Continental buffet every morning, free airport shuttle service, and use of the hotel’s safe are all included.
Jay: So what’s not included in the price?
Ella: Well, you will find a mini-bar in your room. Use of it will be charged to your account. Also, the hotel provides room
service, at an additional charge of course.
Jay: Hmm. Ok, so what room are we in?
Ella: Room 486, 487 and 488. Here is your key. To get to your room, take the elevator on the right up to the fourth
floor. Turn left once you exit the elevator and your room will be on the left hand side. A bellboy will bring your bags up
shortly.
Jay: Great. Thanks.
Ella: Should you have any questions or requests, please dial ‘O’ from your room. Also, there is internet available in the
lobby 24 hours a day.
Jay: Ok, and what time is check-out?
Ella: At midday, sir.
Jay: Ok, thanks.
Ella: My pleasure, sir, this is golo, the bell boy for today.
Golo: Good afternoon ma’am/sir, I’ll be your bell boy for today. Let me carry that luggage for you
Jay: okay, thank you
Ella: we hope that you enjoy your stay in padayon de fantasia

Golo: if you look at your right side ma’am/sir, that is our restaurant, we offer different foods and beverages, inspired by
different countries, well If you do not want to go down here you can call the front desk or concierge from your room to
order a food to be sent on your room.
Joan: Nice, I’ve been craving some thai food lately
Golo: well this is your lucky day ma’am, I guarantee you, that the taste of the food here is world class
Jay: nice, cant wait to taste it
Golo: im sure you do sir, And if you look at the left side, that is the entrance to our pool…. And now here is the
elevator, actually we have another here, and there is another two right over there. And we have 2 staircase that you
can use for emergency. I believe that your room is on 4th floor right?
Jay: yah
Golo: we’re here, this way sir/ma’am, your rooms are 486, 487 and 488 right?
Mellany: yah
Golo: so your rooms should be in the right side of the hotel alley 5, which consist the rooms from 480 to 500. I see that
You got quite a nice pic of rooms.
Jay: why is that?
Golo: alley 5 is right next to the right wing lobby, which is spacious, where you can sit and relax with your family and
watch the ocean, and even the sunset in the afternoon
Jay: well you can say that I am good at picking rooms
Golo: well I can see that sir. These are your rooms, but could you please wait a little, I will just check all the rooms,

Jay: okay
Golo: I’m done checking all the rooms, its all ready and organize, the rooms are waiting for you ma’am/sir. This is your
bathroom, complete with amenities and the hair dryer is there, there is also a heater if you cant stand cold. The
position of this bathroom is same to the other rooms. That is our AC, this is the Tv, you can watch Netflix here
Mellany: where can we get the password?
Golo: you don’t need it, the Netflix was already sign in on the day of your arrival.
Mellany: okay
Golo: do you want anything to request before I leave you?
Jay: no, we’re fine, thank you
Golo: well then, these are your luggages and room keys, if something comes up or you have something to request, that
is the telephone, you can call the front desk for your request.
