Prioritizing work is an important time management skill for small businesses and 
freelancers who often work on multiple projects at the same time for different clients. To
effectively prioritize your projects, you need to identify how urgent and how important all your
different work tasks are, and rank them accordingly. Important work should align with your long-

learning proper prioritization techniques, you’ll become more productive in your work life and

more focused on your goals.

A work diary is a place for you to record and reflect on your personal life. It helps you to set 

allowing us to retain information for greater periods of time.

SO3 AC2-3

something you won't want to be without.

One of the most important reasons for keeping a to-do list is the organization.
Organizing your tasks with a list can make everything much more manageable and make you
feel grounded. Seeing a clear outline of your completed and uncompleted tasks will help you
feel organized and stay mentally focused. As you cross items off your to-do list, you'll feel a
sense of progress and accomplishment that can be missed when rushing from one activity to
the next. The affirmation that you are making progress will help motivate you to keep moving
forward rather than feeling overwhelmed.

SO4 AC4
