Helps people not to forget tasks that they are supposed to do. Task Lists are important
for people who have a large number of different things they need to get done. If you are the
type of person who frequently forgets important things they need to do, then a To-Do list is
something you won't want to be without.
One of the most important reasons for keeping a to-do list is the organization.
Organizing your tasks with a list can make everything much more manageable and make you
feel grounded. Seeing a clear outline of your completed and uncompleted tasks will help you
feel organized and stay mentally focused. As you cross items off your to-do list, you'll feel a
sense of progress and accomplishment that can be missed when rushing from one activity to
the next. The affirmation that you are making progress will help motivate you to keep moving
forward rather than feeling overwhelmed.
SO4 AC4
9. How do you add new tasks to an existing task list and would reprioritising be necessary?
The new task lists must be reported to the supervisors or management as this will add

Dear Diary,
Today I've been thinking about my future aspirations, specifically how I will become a
manager or a senior manager one day. I believe that it stems from a deep understanding of
how to navigate relationship and manage expectation, much like the women working in
factories I've recently interviewed. Balancing their roles in the factories while supporting their
households on a day-to-day basis has highly inspired me.
I'm realizing that the power of the situation often dictates our behaviour. Providing
a personal example, there was an instance when my behaviour was influenced by a certain
project deadline. Despite the pressure, I took charge, making definitive strides in decision-
making and leadership that led to the successful completion of the project.

1. What is meant by “civil liability” and criminal liability”?
Civil liability is a legal obligation arising from private wrongs or a breach of contract that is not a
criminal act. Liability insurance covers only civil liabilities. Civil liability seeks to right the
wrongful act committed by one person against another. Criminal liability involves the
government taking action to punish an individual who violated the law.
These systems focus particularly on concepts which are based on occupational health
and safety as a managerial function in terms of setting an example and taking better
care of employees. Looking at work places and processes from quality, environmental
and OH&S standpoints is becoming more and more popular.
There are several reasons why compliance is so important for businesses. Firstly, it helps
to ensure that your organisation is adhering to the best practices in all areas. This not only
reduces the risk of problems or accidents occurring but also helps create a culture of
ethical behaviour within your company. When employees know that their company takes
compliance seriously, they are less likely to engage in unethical or illegal activity.
