GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS
7' INTER-SCHOOL CHEERDANCE COMPETITION
Municipal Gymnasium, June 29, 2024 | 1:00pm
‘The competition is exclusive to all Four (4) National High School within the
Municipality of Cagdianao, DI, namely: a) CNNHS; b) REENHS; c) VNHS; and DPNHS.
‘The Local Government Unit of Cagdianao will provide financial assistance through the
‘school's respective Barangay as shown below:

‘The Barangay will provide a resolution to the Office of the Municipal Mayor as basis
for the drafting of MOA that will be used as supporting document for the issuance of
check.
All participants must be a Junior or Senior High School Student (Male or Female), a
bonafide student of the participating school for the AY. 2023-2024. The school head
shall provide a certification that the participants are qualified to join as per guidelines
mentioned herein and submit the said certification to the organizers together with
the official entry form provided on or before June 14, 2024.
;. Each team must consist of a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 30 members which
includes the dancers, cheerers, lifters, fliers, props personnel and musicians.
. Spotters may be included in the team to a maximum of 10 pax provided:
‘a. They are not allowed to participate in the execution of choreography.
b. They are not allowed to touch the dancers in all levels of the competition.
c, Theyare allowed to handle the props.
d. They are allowed to spot the execution to ensure safety of the dancers
. The costume can be of any design and materials provided it is appropriate to the
concept of the team and must observe moral standards, NO obscene and revealing
costumes allowed. They can wear any kind of footwear or barefooted as they wish,
The dance composition shall be songs, yells and dance moves with a maximum of 5-7
minutes including entrance and exit. Time starts at the first execution either through
songs, yells or dance moves. Two (2) minutes shall be provided for the on/oft
installation of props.
1. This is a level 3 cheer dance competition. To ensure the safety of all participants,
stunts should be limited to simple formations (no dangerous lifting formations) andtossing (or ground or body separation of any participant) is strictly prohibited. (1
level tower)

12. NO backdraft during the competition.

There will be an ocular inspection five (5) hours prior to the start of the program
