RE: ADMISSION FOR A CERTIFICATE COURSE IN CATERING & ACCOMODATION (MODULE I & II ) .
We are pleased to inform you that the college academic board has approved your application for admission for the
above course. Therefore, you are required to report at our THIKA MAIN CAMPUS on September 2 , 2024 for
registration and commencement of studies. However, if you receive this letter late, report immediately and we shall
arrange for your enrollment. Course duration is 6 terms (3 terms per module) . Examining body KNEC.
For admission, you are required to make the following payments on or before the reporting date:
Tuition fees KSh. 25,000 (Per term - 3 months)
Admission fee KSh. 2,000 (Payable once)
College books + T-Shirt + college ID KSh. 6,000 (payable once)
Maintenance & Repairs+Library fee KSh. 6,500 (payable once)
Students Welfare (JOSA) + Activity fee KSh. 5,500 (payable once)
TOTAL KSh. 45,000
NB: Accommodation is available at an extra cost of between KSh. 5,500 - 6,500 per month
MODE OF PAYMENT: Fees can be made by certified cheque, bankers cheque or direct cash deposit in

NB: STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENT FOR FEES EXCEPT ACCOMMODATION FEES.
As our student, you will benefit from the following among others:
1. College buses & vans for field work, academic trips & tours , outdoor activities etc.
2. Weekly practical’s on technical courses.
3. Guidance & Counseling services by college nurse.
4. Co- curriculum activities, clubs & societies
REQUIREMENTS ON REPORTING DATE
1. KCSE certificate / result slip (original & a copy).
2. Two coloured passport size photos.
3. Proof of fees payment.
4. Copy of national ID card / waiting card (if any).
5. Personal belongings i.e. Mattress (Size 2 ½ x 6), bedding, basin, plate, cup etc. (boarders only).
6. 1 ream of photocopy papers + 1 ream of foolscaps and 1 box file. (for assignments & exams).
