DAILY ROUTINE
In this topic, I will share my daily routine with you and how it helps
me to achieve my goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Having a
well-planned daily routine is not only increases our productivity but
also improves our physical and mental well-being.
I start my day at 5.30 in the morning. and I freshen up to spend
nearly 30 minutes in my religious activities, which sets a calm and
positive tone for the day. Following that, I do an hour of exercise,
this energizes me and helps me to stay fit. After, I have a healthy
breakfast consisting of fruits, rice, and eggs to fuel my body and
mind.
after a while I take a bath. I am free nowadays, because I did my A/L
Exam in last year and waiting for my result. So, I don’t have too many
works. Thus, I will do my housework till lunch time
After, I take some times to relax and I have a healthy meal in lunch,
preferably made from my mom to ensure my balanced nutrition.
Afterward, I engage in reading a book or going a walk for a short
period, this helps me to reduce my stress for the second half of the
day.
In the evening, I attend my diploma courses and I like to spend some
times with my family and friends.
in the night time, I allocate the time for my personal care and
relaxation. I ensure that I complete all pending works, plan my work
for the next day. Afterthat, I enjoy a homemade dinner with my
family. Finally, I maintain a consistent sleep schedule, ensuring I get
at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
maintaining a disciplined daily routine helps me to lead a healthy
lifestyle. By following this routine constantly, I have found myself
happier and healthier.
