Remarks: I'm trying to be more strict with my foods in order to become a healthy person, but I
noticed that my consumption of calories a day was around the same range. Out of the 20 days I
tracked my intake, I observed that some of my days I ate foods that ranged around 1,500
calories a day, which does not meet the recommendation of 2,000 calories a day. I guess we
could say that I don't really have a good variety of foods in my diet, so I'm thinking that I would
make the change of my eating habits by adding a little bit more foods on my plates, because I
think only 1,500 calories a day is a little less. I think I will try to bump it up to 1,900 or 2000 a
day, which is recommended for women. In addition, I try to exercise as much as I can when I
have free time, but it is sometimes hard to find some free time. It usually happens when I have
classes back to back and do not have time for lunch, so I would skip lunch and just have
breakfast or dinner, or it would be the other way around and I would have just lunch and dinner
and no breakfast because I woke up too late and had to rush to class. I usually do not intend to
skip a meal, but sometimes it can be hard because I am so busy. But after all, within the 20 days
of tracking my food log, I gained at least 1 kg of weight.
