Course objectives:
To study matrix algebra and its use in solving system of linear equations and in solving eigen
values problems
To intrduce the concepts of functions of one variable
To introduKe the convepts of funetions of several variables
To introduce and lnterret Multiple Integrals
To l'nderstand Vector Derivatives, Vector Integration techniques to solve real-werld
problems

and independence of vectors, Linear transformation, Orthogonal transfomation, Eigen values,
igen vectors, Properties of eigen values, Cayley-Hamilton theorem(without proof). Reduction
