Rational:
I looked up most of the data for this assignment using SNOMED CT, but I also had to look up other attributes

using FHIR. In contrast to FHIR, SNOMED CT was simple, available, and detail-oriented. However, FHIR was

difficult to understand and complex when looking for various features. When selecting values from SNOMED-

CT or FHIR, it's critical to take the application's or use case's requirements and context into account.

SNOMED-CT is an extensive clinical terminology intended to express data in healthcare that is clinically useful.

It is excellent at giving medical phrases and notions precise clinical meanings. SNOMED-CT guarantees that

clinical terms have the same meaning in many languages and healthcare systems, which promotes semantic

interoperability. SNOMED-CT is a useful tool for data analysis, decision assistance, and semantic querying

because it identifies relationships between clinical concepts and arranges them into a hierarchical structure.

Because FHIR is intended to be interoperable, it's a great option for exchanging healthcare data between

various organizations and systems. FHIR promotes uniformity and coherence among various healthcare

applications by offering a standardized means of expressing and exchanging healthcare data. FHIR resources

frequently provide a high degree of granularity, making it possible to represent healthcare concepts and

entities in great detail. This may prove advantageous in situations where precise data is needed.

The decision of choosing between FHIR and SNOMED-CT values may be influenced by a number of variables,

including the application's particular requirements, current data standards, interoperability constraints, and

the desired degree of clinical detail. To achieve comprehensive representation and interoperability of

healthcare data, it is often required to combine both FHIR and SNOMED-CT values.
