The Swimming Pool should be built with Galvanised Steel structure which allows both above ground and in-ground,
fixed or suspended pools to be rapidly installed.
Galvanised Steel Panels with 1.35m height & 1 m width. All panels are covered in a fully waterproof liner which
ensures the perfect watertightness of the pool shell.
These panels are comprised of 2 mm thick Galvanised Steel sheets, doubled over for extra strength and reinforced
with corner and rib strengtheners
Reinforced strengtheners
The reinforced strengtheners are also adjustable, allowing perfect pool assembly down to the last millimetre. The
lower strengthener allows the length and width of the pool to be adjusted, whilst the side strengtheners adjust the
tilt of the pool walls.
Overflow Channel
1 The overflow channel is made of Galvanised Steel and covered in PVC sheeting. This sheeting is glued throughout the
perimeter of the overflow channel.
Ladders
The ladders are mounted on a special panel. They are built into it so that they do not obstruct the swimming lanes.
The steps are coated in a black non-slip copolymer or similar material and the asymmetric stainless steel grab rails
are fastened to the overflow channel.
Liner & Membrane
The PVC floor and wall shall have geotextile membrane with a glass fibre mesh. A 1.5 mm thick liner is applied over
this membrane. The coating ensures water-tightness and gives the shell a perfect finish. The pool is waterproofed by
covering the whole of the pool shell with a PVC membrane. The fact that the pool structure and the waterproofing
system behave independently results in maximum safety in all pools built with this system. The joints must be
thermo-sealed.
Warranty for skypool Panels: 20 years

SS304 Panel for 25mx 12.5m x1.35m with Seismic Zone 5

The Swimming Pool should be built with SS304 structure which allows both above ground and in-ground, fixed or
suspended pools to be rapidly installed.
SS304 Panels with 1.35m height & 1 m width . All panels are covered in a fully waterproof liner which ensures the
