Follow these methods and tips to keep your kitchen accessories spotlessly clean. Cleaning Method A soft damp cotton cloth is usually sufficient to clean your accessories. IF more thorough cleaning is required use one of the following cleaning solutions, + A fresh solution of dish washing liquid mixed with warm water. + Amild all purpose cleaner not containing ammonia / silicon/chlorineandtable salt. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces with a clean damp cloth and dry immediately with another soft, clean cloth. Spillsand Splatters Clean spills and splatters immediately since prolonged exposureto spillage of Foods, water, oiland other wet liquid can be unhygienic. Regular Dusting When cleaning your kitchen accessories use a clean, soft cotton clathForregular dusting. This warranty is applicable only For kitchens sold by Sleek International Pvt. Ltd. ("Sleek") orits authorized dealers, and the kitchen installation has been supervised by Sleek's authorized representatives. 2. Sleek kitchens sold by Sleek or its authorized dealers, customer would be entitled for1free service within 4 months. Later, service will be givenon call (From customer) in case they have any issues in the kitchen for the next 8 months, However, in cities where Sleek does not have an authorized service Franchisee, the actual travel cost shallbe borne by thecustomer. 3. The warranty willnot be valid untilthe kitchen has been paidin Full. 4, Customer must produce Sleek orits authorised dealer's sale invoice copy of the products,user manual having warranty details For whichreplacement isrequiredto Sleek inorder to avail ofthis warranty. 5. White Ants/Termites issues willnot be considered under warranty given. 6. The"l0 yearswarranty‘is not applicable on some of the components,as specifiedbelow. 7. The warranty covers against defects in materials and workmanship of sleek supplied products (viz. shutters and cabinets, accessories, appliances and hardware). This warranty does not cover any causes of damage or malfuction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, modification, improper installation, unaurhorized repair, usage of wrong cleaning products or methods, usage in a corrosive environment or at abnormal temperatures usage for non-domestic purposes, damage in transit during any movement of the products done by the customer, damage/decay caused by vermin & insects, damage or rusting due to dampness, water seepage or poor civil construction at site, damage caused by acts of God such as flood, earthquakes, lightening, fire etc. or unusual or other thancustomarywearandtear. 8. The warranty is not applicable on any components installed as part of the kitchenwhicharenot supplied by Sleek.9. When choosing a colour or Finish, you must remember that samples only offer a general indication of the design, drawing, aesthetics, colour and Finish. There is no guarantee that the samples are an exact replica and they may vary slightly From the kitchen orcomponents installed. 10. The warranty is not applicable if the kitchen has been moved From the original place of installation without prior approvalof Sleek. Tl. For accessories (stainless steel wire baskets and related products of grade SS 304), the warranty extends to manufacturing defects aswell asrusting 12. For Grass®@ and other hardware supplied (hinges, channels etc.),theS year warranty extends to manufacturing defects, while for rusting the warrantyisrestrictedto2years. 13. For appliances, the warranty shall be restricted to 1 year against manufacturing defects, except to the chimney motors which carry a5 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Further, appliance warranty is. qualifiedas belo + The valid warranty card has to be produced to the authorized and designated Service Technician or Service Centre; + The warranty extends to all parts against manufacturing defects except glass, bulbs, consumable parts, electrical cords, plugs, pipes and Fittings usedforinstallation of the appliances; + The warranty excludes any damage to the surface paint or finish of the appliance, or rusting of parts that happens due to normal usage of the product; + The warranty is void in case the unit is installed, tampered, repaired or serviced by a person other than Sleek's authorized service representative, thereisafailure to fallowinstructions in operation, misuse or negligence in use of theappliance as mentioned in the appliance's instruction manual, the recommended periodic maintenance is not done, any modifications or structural changes are made to the appliance, the appliance is not used as. per the operating standards For the product, or the appliance is not usedin normal domestic operations (usually not more than 5 hours a day). Thecustomer is requested to read the appliance instruction manual before usage of theappliance; + The warranty does not cover damage to the appliance / failure caused due to abnormalities in the power supply or the appliance is left in a corrosive or acidic atmosphere as ina freshly painted room, etc. or the appliance comes in contact with harmful chemicals. 14. This warranty specifically does not include costs of shipping and handling Fees, removal of the defective product or installa of the replacement. These shall be charged based on policies currently in effect at the time of replacement. IF the defective product has been discontinued, Sleek reserves the right to replace the defective product with a comparable product currently manufactured. There is no guarantee of Full interchangeability offered. 15. Whether the defective products or components are to be replaced or repaired shall be left to the sole discretion of Sleek. In case of replacement oF a product or component, the defective product or component removed from. the kitchen shall become the property of Sleek. 16. Inno event shall Sleek be liable for any loss of revenue or profits, Loss of use of equipment, or other consequential or incidental damages resulting From the use, installation, performance, or Failure of its products. Sleek is not liable for any damages or physical injury arising out of improper use, modification, alteration, unauthorized use, or poor maintenance of the product. The products should not be used by children under the age of 15 years. 17. Inno event shall Sleek's liability under any contract exceed in any manner the value of the products sold or supplied. 18. The Customer's maximum remedy under this warranty would be the repair andreplacement of any defective part or component. 19. Sleek shall attempt to replace, repair or service products and components covered by this warranty within reasonable time of receipt of the complaint. However, Sleek does not undertake to bear any responsibility For delays in complaint resolution.20. This warranty is not transferrable. 21. The terms and conditions of this warranty are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Sleek. 22. Any dispute relating to this warranty is subject tojurisdiction of Courts locatedin Mumbai, India only. 23.
