clinics and speciality centres . The hospital has faced several challenges
related to rising healthcare costs. To address these issues, HCI embarked on

Key Steps In Strategic Planning
ENVIRONMENT SCAN- In the process by conducting a thorough environmental scan. This
involved analyzing current market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive
