Learning Styles
Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic,
and Verbal
People have different preferences for how they learn best. The four main learning styles
are visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and verbal. Each style involves processing information
in a unique way, from seeing diagrams and images to physically engaging with the
material. As a lifelong learner, I find myself relating to a mix of these styles, enjoying the
benefits of learning through sight, sound, touch, and discussion.
