BASIC JOB STEPS EXISTING & POTENTIAL HAZARD RECOMMENDED CORRECTIVE MEASURES

* Conduct Tollbox Meeting and Secure STARRT Checklist


1. Instruction to the Workers Miscommunication
* Proper Language in order to understand easily

2. Preparation of tools and materials * Always check tools and materials to used and avoid reaching
