What is the importance of a business report?

A business report is a collection of data with many suggestions and includes a


introduction and conclusion. It motivates and suggest actions to the problems that
take place in the business. It gives the people operating the business details about
expenditures, earnings, and expansion. Business reports offers information that
influence creating greater and more marketing strategies, goals and tasks for the
up coming years, helps in plan the finance, and will guide the people in the
business with better decision making. The business reports are used by managers
to observe development and progress in the business. It helps a business in the
industry to assess and contrast with similar businesses in the industry. A example
is when the artisans of South Africa is thinks of expanding their business and
thinks of ways to make better decisions. A business report and help them operate
and expand their business. It can help show them new ways of doing things and
help in identifying problems and patterns.

What are the guidelines for a business report?

A effective report is one that is clear and very precise. Its not complicated to read
and understand. It includes:

A Introduction: this is what the report will be about and its topics and goals it aims
to reach.

A Body: What is the analysis, contains the data, has visual representation and
interpretations using businesses reporting strategies.

A Conclusion: the key points and what the report was about.

Recommendations: Its the steps that the business can carry out , its based off the
findings and results in the report.

A Directing Summary: it needs to summarise the findings in the report and the
businesses main points and findings.

What are factors to consider when designing a presentation?


It should be clear and understanable. It should have good quaility of images. It
should understand the listeners levles of intellegence. It should have suitable
images which improves the undertanding by listeners. Should practice your
speech to improve confidence and effectiveness. It should have a main message
and should focus on that message with alots of clarity. Should be mindful and
careful of the time given. A example is when a artisen needs to create a business
presentation, they need to be clear in representing their ideas and they need to
deliver the message and their points with confidence to show that they are a
dedicated entrepeneur that knows what they are working towards and knows
what they are doing.

Conclusion

To summarise our business essay, we found and explained the many reasons that
the artisens need to consider and many findings to help them in the future. The
need of identifying the needs and desires in identifying a business oportunity.
With a great explaination of the needs for a SWOT analysis, and how it helps the
business to indentify greater ideas and overcome its challenges. It outlined the
importance of creative thinking in all business industries. It gives confidence to
the idea of brainstorming and we know that it can help us in identifying the
problems of the business. We see the effectiveness of creative thinking and how it
comes up with new ideas and helps our employees with growth. We bring forth
the importance of business reports and how they help the business in seeing new
prespectives on activies and the needed guidelines to make this report effective. It
explains the reasons to why images and the way we set up and present any report
is important.
