PHYSICAL HEALTH
• Setting “SMART” physical activity goals is a great way to help
you feel and look your best. “SMART” stands for goals that
are: specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic and time-
framed.

MENTAL HEALTH
• Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables
people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities,
learn well and work well, and contribute to their community.

SOCIAL HEALTH
• Social health can be defined as our ability to interact and form
meaningful relationships with others. It also relates to how
comfortably we can adapt in social situations.

FINANCIAL HEALTH
• Financial health is a term used to describe the state of one's
personal monetary affairs. There are many dimensions to
financial health, including the amount of savings you have,
how much you're putting away for retirement, and how much
of your income you are spending on fixed or non-discretionary
expenses.

OCCUPATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL HEALTH


• Occupational health is an area of work in public health to
promote and maintain highest degree of physical, mental and
social well-being of workers in all occupations.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH
• Emotional health is one aspect of mental health. It is your
ability to cope with both positive and negative emotions, which
includes your awareness of them.

SPIRITUAL HEALTH
• Patients who are spiritual may utilize their beliefs in coping
with illness, pain, and life stresses. Some studies indicate that
those who are spiritual tend to have a more positive outlook
and a better quality of life.
INTELLECTUAL HEALTH
• Typically people think of intellectual health as academic
knowledge, but in fact, it also entails creativity, general
knowledge, and common sense. Our thoughts are influenced
by each of these factors, which in turn influence our decisions.

RELATIONSHIP HEALTH
• Healthy relationships involve honesty, trust, respect and open
communication between partners and they take effort and
compromise from both people.

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
• Environmental health refers to aspects of human health
(including quality of life) that are determined by physical,
chemical, biological, social and psychosocial factors in the
environment.
