Machine Problem Solutions
First we check all Connectors are connected properly or not
then we replaced each card to see that is problem on
HE-800A-3 Error-44
which card. After replacing we able to know that issue is on
main supply card.
First open body of box and there we find fixed four small
switch. In which
(1) Maximum Speed
Siruba (sew rich without Increasing and Decreasing
(2) intermediate Speed
Display) Speed
(4) For changing Rotation of
Motor (1,2&3) Swich will be off if
lower speed is requires
Normally press Minus/ plus button. And if display not
Feedup the arm\ Danda Increasing and Decreasing
connected first connect display which connection point
Machine (Inter Mach Box) Speed
located at center of module.
HTL When we press button, HTL not Commonly it is problem of relay (220 v 8 pin relay ) simply
(Double Bed Machine) holding the bed. change it.
HTL Simply change the timer and also check if relay working
Timer not setting properly
(Double Bed Machine) properly or not
HTL check is all connection are properly connected and after it
HTL Machine Not heating up
(Double Bed Machine) change heating elements
HTL check relay & timer are working properly and check blue
Bed not laying down
(Double Bed Machine) color hydraulic pressure pipe connected properly
Points that need to be noted:
(1) Sensor Connections ... pin 1 (red wire) ... pin 2
Threading Machine Assembling all parts black wire ...pin4 brown wire
(2) If bearing are not on right place
machine can't fit properly resulting in damage
Check if supply wire is short if problem not solved then
HTL Breaker Trimming when power
check and replace heating elements in 80% cases problem
(Double Bed Machine) on
is in heaters
check is potentiometer working properly or not with
Fabric Rolling Machine with Not increasing decreasing multimeter , check all wire conneted properly or not,check
edge cutter speed relay working or not,if problem not solving change
controler.
check pedal working properly , check pedal connecter
HE-800A-3 Error-30,31,32

80% problem in heat sensor (thermocouple) ,Check all
HTL showing error (HHHH) on PV
