• Gurpreet: The cheeky narrator.

• Tarshpreet Singh: The short-fused father.

• Harsimaran: The overly proud, nurturing mother.
• Vasu: The kid who’s a gaming champ but a study disaster.

Introduction by Gurpreet (Narrator):

Gurpreet: (with a grin) Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to our very own soap opera, “The Hysterical Parent-Teacher Meeting.” In this episode, meet Vasu, our hero, who’s the king of video games but the jester of his class. We’ve got his dad, Tarshpreet, who’s ready to blow a fuse; his mom, Harsimaran, who thinks Vasu is a
genius in hiding; our strict teacher, Kirat, who’s still figuring out what e-sports even are; and finally, Arnav—me, the scriptwriter and the guy with the sharpest lines! Grab your popcorn, folks, because this is going to be one hilarious ride!

Scene 1: The Classroom - The Fight

(Vasu, Tarshpreet, and Harsimaran sit nervously in front of Kirat’s desk. Arnav stands beside Kirat, grinning like a Cheshire cat.)

Kirat: (sternly, with a heavy accent) Ah, Mr. and Mrs. Singh, we need to discuss Vasu’s performance. He scored just 10 marks in mathematics. Ten!

Tarshpreet Singh: (exploding) TEN?! That’s not even a discount percentage! Vasu, what are you doing with your life—besides wasting it?

Harsimaran: (gently) Tarshpreet, don’t be so harsh. Maybe Vasu’s just… misunderstood. He’s a special child, you know.

Tarshpreet Singh: (sarcastically) Special? He’s special, alright. Specially allergic to books!

Arnav: (grinning) Or maybe he’s just testing the teacher’s patience, and trust me, he’s passing that with flying colors.

Kirat: (seriously) Mr. Singh, Mrs. Singh, education is like the dosa batter—it needs careful attention. Vasu, why are you not focusing?

Vasu: (defensively) I do focus, teacher… just more on headshots than homework.

Tarshpreet Singh: (shouting) Headshots?! I’ll give you a headshot if you don’t start studying!

Harsimaran: (panicking) Oh, Tarshpreet! Don’t be so rough! Vasu, you have to do better. What will the neighbors think? “There goes the Singh boy—good at games, bad at life!”

Vasu: (grumbling) Can I at least be good at one thing without a lecture?

Arnav: (mockingly) At this rate, Vasu, your best bet might be becoming a meme—just don’t forget to hashtag “#ParentingFail.”

Gurpreet (Narrator): And just like that, the Singh household erupts into chaos, with Tarshpreet ready to explode, and Harsimaran trying to douse the flames. But trust me, folks, the real drama is just warming up…

Scene 2: The Slap

(Tarshpreet is pacing, ready to burst. Vasu looks like he’s bracing for impact. Harsimaran is nervously trying to calm Tarshpreet.)

Kirat: (sternly) Vasu, education is serious business. What will you do if you don’t study?

Vasu: (timidly) Maybe I could become a professional gamer, teacher…

Tarshpreet Singh: (exploding) Gamer?! You want to spend your life pressing buttons? I’ll press the button on your gaming career right now! (slaps Vasu on the back of the head)

Harsimaran: (horrified) Tarshpreet, stop! You can’t just slap him! Vasu, are you okay? We don’t slap geniuses—except when they fail math.

Vasu: (rubbing his head) I’m fine… I guess…

Arnav: (leaning in, smirking) Vasu, if only life had a reset button… But no such luck. Get ready for the hard mode!

Gurpreet (Narrator): Ah, the good old Indian solution—a slap to set things straight! But will it really? Or is this just the warm-up before Vasu’s real game begins?

Scene 3: Vasu’s Redemption

(Kirat is holding Vasu’s report card like it’s a piece of evidence. Tarshpreet and Harsimaran are sitting anxiously. Vasu stands, nervous. Arnav is smirking nearby.)

Kirat: (calmly) Mr. and Mrs. Singh, there’s something you should know. Vasu may not be excelling in academics, but…

Tarshpreet Singh: (groaning) Oh no, not another “but”!

Kirat: (smiling) But he’s won first place in an e-sports tournament!

Harsimaran: (excitedly) My son is a champion! I knew it! See, Tarshpreet, he’s got talent!

Tarshpreet Singh: (bewildered) First place? In… playing games?

Arnav: (grinning) Yup! And he’s even got a scholarship offer, sir! Who knew pressing buttons could pay off?

Tarshpreet Singh: (slowly smiling) A scholarship? For video games? This is… unexpected.

Kirat: (nodding) Yes, Mr. Singh. Vasu’s got real potential, but he needs to balance his passions. Gaming is not everything—though it’s a start.

Harsimaran: (beaming) I always knew my Vasu was special! Tarshpreet, isn’t this amazing?

Tarshpreet Singh: (slowly) Well… if it’s a scholarship, maybe it’s not all bad. Just don’t forget, Vasu—books before buttons!

Arnav: (with a smirk) Looks like Vasu just leveled up in life. Maybe he’ll teach us a few tricks now!

Kirat: (wisely) Vasu, remember—chase your dreams, but don’t forget your studies. Life needs balance, just like a well-made dosa.

Gurpreet (Narrator): And with that, our story comes to a happy ending—sort of. Turns out, even in this crazy world, there’s room for both books and buttons. Who’d have thought?

Arnav: (with a final grin) And that’s game over! Hope you enjoyed the show.
