Greetings Awakening Truth Seeker,

The mission of this guidebook is to provide you with simple step-by-step

instructions on how to access the 12th dimensional frequencies of Earth - also
known as the Maharic Shield of Gaia - and harness its endless supply of energy to
build & fortify your own personal 12th dimensional shield.

This guidebook will support both the Truth Seeker who has never worked with the
Maharic Shield, as well as provide potential new insights for Awakening Souls who
may already be practicing the daily ritual of strengthening their personal energetic
shield.

My intention with this guidebook and meditation is to radically simplify many of the
complexities of traditional esoteric shield teachings in order to support those who
simply wish to tap into the benefits of this long-forgotten practice without spending
hours and hours lost in technical spiritual information.

Right now Humanity is experiencing the many intensive pressures of the Great
Awakening including the crumbling of old-paradigm, established social systems,
financial stresses and the increase in mind control programs projected from the
“elites” as they lose their grip on power; not to mention all of the internal Soul growth
that each one of us is currently experiencing as the plasma energy codes from the sun
blast our dormant DNA to life. While this time period is the early birthing stages of
the glorious Abundant New Earth rising, it does come with a lot of radical,
stress-testing transformation for all of us.

This is why within my life, business and relationships, I practice the mantra of K.I.S.S. -
Keep It Spiritually Simple. I know you have a lot of things happening in your life, so it
is my mission with this guidebook to provide you with the 80/20 approach to personal
shielding. This means I will be focusing on the 20% of sacred shielding knowledge
that creates 80% of the results - as you deepen into your shielding journey, you will

naturally begin to reveal the other 80%! For now, let’s start with the big shielding
difference-makers.

Once you are comfortable with this initial practice and are seeing the benefits, you can
explore the intricacies of shielding, but in my gnosis, there is little point trying to learn
university level information when you have not properly learned, practiced and
integrated grade one knowledge. The vast majority of the human populace is only just
awakening to our Divinity and our long forgotten / suppressed spiritual gifts; soon, we
will Remember that we are truly fractals of the Divine having a human experience and
this basic shielding practice will become commonplace.

It is my intention that with the help of you (see social media contest section at end)
we spread this sacred practice far and wide, all over this Earth realm, to our
Awakening Bro-thors and Si-stars, so that they may discover this life-changing
technique and continue to help Humanity move into the Abundant New Earth
Timeline. The widespread integration of this process into the psyche of humanity is
one small yet important step towards the birthing of our Golden Age of freedom,
sovereignty and multidimensionality.

Personal Shielding Knowledge

This guidebook and the 12D Personal Shielding Activation meditation track were
designed by Spence of [Link] to empower Awakening
Gardeners. By tapping into the crystalline core of the Earth, you can access a limitless
supply of potent energy—the life-force of the Earth, the prana/chi of Nature, and the
pure, undistorted frequency of the Earth’s heart. Drawing from this crystalline core, or
Earth’s heart-space, allows you to harness an almost indescribable source of pure
energy that nourishes your Mind, Body, and Soul.

For the Awakening Gardener, this technique holds profound benefits. It activates your
psychic gifts, enables you to "hear" the wisdom of your garden, and helps you perceive
the unique frequencies of every plant. The deeper your connection to the Earth, the
greater your potential to 10x your harvests. This psychotronic work is the missing link
to liberating humanity from the cycle of Big Agriculture, paving the way for a new era
of food abundance at the local homestead level.

In the last 100 years, humans were not even remotely taught about dimensions, the
universal time matrix or galactic history in school; therefore, why would the average
person know about personal shielding? They wouldn’t. The reality is 99.5% of
humanity does not have this simple, basic knowledge… yet. This guidebook and
accompanying meditation track are here to contribute to rectifying this knowledge
gap.

The 12D Personal Shielding Activation was once considered a very basic spiritual
hygiene practice to not only raise your frequency as you entered into a new day, but
also to protect your multidimensional self from entity invasion or undesired energies.
Young children in past Earth civilizations such as Lemuria were taught this practice at
a very young age and every single Soul within that civilization, before the distortion

and invading species infiltrated Lemuria, did this every AM and before bed. To them, it
was like brushing your teeth.

Lemuria had a segment of society called the “Forest Harmonizers”. Their role was to
go into the forest, work with the plant and elemental energies in order to support the
forest in growing food. They’d use this technique to connect into the energy of Mother
Earth before starting their food forest walks. They were so in tune with the Forest that
they rarely had to use their hands and they’d be able to coax huge fruits from trees
with their psychic gifts. It sounds far out because we’ve fallen so far as a species when
it comes to interacting with Mother Nature. Use this technique to begin the return of
your powerful, yet dormant spiritual gifts.

As alluded to above, there is a current war for your Consciousness and ultimately,
your body (also referred to as your vessel). There are nefarious beings, predator races,
who have been pulling the strings of humanity for many eons through the power
“elites”. These Beings are in service to self and only know competition, domination
and destruction; they war with each other over who can control and enslave humanity.

Why? Because they seek to siphon human energy - on the galactic scale, humans are
considered great batteries; did you ever watch the movie the Matrix? Yes, that is a
documentary and permission programming of the predator races. These species wish
to weaken and lower human Consciousness - both at an individual level and a
Collective level - in order to diminish your Soul energy, latch onto your
multidimensional fields in order to feed on your energy and, ultimately, take over your
body because they covet the idea of having a physical body (many of these Beings are
beyond the physical realm currently). This is one reason why personal shielding is so
important.

Additionally, the regular accessing of the Maharic Shield will allow your DNA to
evolve; right now, humans are upgrading from the suppressed 2 strand DNA helix
spiral into 12 strand DNA with many awakening humans actually activating 48
stands. As these additional strands activate from your “dormant junk DNA”, and we
heal any intentional DNA damage, we can allow more light into our bodies which in
turn brings the Remembrance of spiritual gifts, telepathy and our limitless, Divine

nature. We can transcend any dis-ease and dissolve any outside manipulation of our
minds. The Maharic Shield allows us the opportunity to expand our Consciousness
while evolving our physical, mental, emotional, astral, etheric and causal Bodies. It
supports one’s total personal evolution. It is a complete Mind, Body & Soul activator.
Can you see why the “elites” have tried to hide this knowledge?

Remember: this guidebook is not meant to instill fear. The Great Awakening of
Humanity is happening whether you like it or not. You have the choice - this is a free
will world - to either embrace the Awakening and this defining moment in
human-galactic history, or you choose to allow the fear to overtake you, which dims
your Divine purpose power and potential. It is truly your choice.

The 3D Matrix control structures - many created by the parasite players or “elites” to
enslave our Consciousness as part of the Great game of Earth - are rapidly dissolving
as they are based in greed, lust and control and simply cannot stand in the Light; due
to the Great Awakening occurring now, which has been foretold for millions of years,
we all have to make the choice to create the Abundant New Earth within… or not.

Keep in mind that these parasite players were coded into this Earth game to provide
duality and allow Humanity the context for a glorious rise from the long, drawn-out
death, duality and destruction game. Everything has happened and will happen for a
higher purpose and as you access the Maharic Shield more frequently, you will come
to know this is true.

As you continue on your Spiritual Awakening path, you will undoubtedly encounter
differing variations to this shielding process; some new insights or steps may arise
from spirit guides, or perhaps a social media influencer. You may discover variations
from books that are placed in your pathway, or you may even have new information
come through your Higher Self. The important piece here is to trust your intuition, as
your heart never lies to you. If there is an aspect of this process that doesn’t feel in
alignment, consider leaving it behind. You must always take what resonates and leave
what doesn’t during this New Earth awakening. Trust yourself. That said, this process
has been taught many times over in many different eras of Earth, including Laminia,
Atlantia, Lemuria and Atlantis, so naturally, of course, there will be variations.

To reiterate: the 12th Dimensional shield of the Earth, from which we can strengthen
our own personal shield (composed of our many auric layers with its base just below
our feet) is referred to in advanced spiritual texts as the Maharic Shield.

Take a moment and say that word out loud. Ma-Har-Ic. Feel the power within it.
Without getting too technical - as much of it isn’t relevant to actually harnessing the
shield - the Maharic shield can help reset all distortion in your energetic templates.
Said in another way: it realigns all of your frequencies into harmony and helps express
your highest energetic potential. This means that all the mind control programs, DNA
manipulation by predatorial races and karmic bonds that have been locked up in your
multidimensional self can begin to dissolve. This will allow for the Divine to express
through you - literally you will feel your Consciousness activate and become more
connected to Source Energy (Mother Father God).

Do not get too wrapped up in these concepts as they will naturally make more sense
as you practice connecting to the Maharic Shield daily. If you depart this guidebook
with this one thing, you will be more than fine: practice harnessing the Maharic Shield
to build your personal shield everyday and you will witness your life transform.
Period.

While you will never see old-paradigm government health agencies recommending
this shield process, it has the potential to radically shift your Consciousness,
abundance, wellness and create the proper alignment between your Mind-Body-Soul
complex. People who have practiced for many years feel an increased sense of vitality,
longevity and personal power. In essence, it is a Divinely gifted process that has the
power to evolve humanity into higher dimensions.

quietly in meditation and connect into yourself. Ask your Higher Self to support you

with learning more about personal shielding. Ask Source Energy to reveal the
mysteries of shielding to you. All the answers lie within you and your DNA; there are
many different dimensional aspects of you happening simultaneously outside of the
time construct / illusion, so with patience and intention, you can learn to access
information and knowledge from the higher, more advanced aspects of yourself. You
can then bring this knowledge into your current embodiment and apply it to your
personal shielding practice.

While at first this can sound crazy, but as you move out of the 3D control Matrix, you
quickly realize that our schools, religion and governments have purposely hidden or
eradicated the knowledge of our universal self from the human psyche. It is now time
to continue to Remember and explore what has been hidden.

Before we get to the instructions, it is worth reflecting on the fact that there are many
different dimensions - layers of frequency bands - within the universe. Typically, in
more mainstream spiritual thought, there are 12 or 15 dimensions that make up the
Universal Time Matrix (UTM). To reside in a specific dimension, a Being must be at a
certain frequency. Higher frequency Beings typically mean more advanced and
heart-centered; however, there is an aspect of distortion in the UTM where some
Beings have become disconnected from the one true Source and are at high frequency
yet still in service to self (think of the parasite players scheming to control Earth and
Humanity). For the majority of Beings, when you are at a higher frequency, you are in
service to Love and know that you are not separate from anything including Source
Energy / God / The Divine Intelligence.

As mentioned, in truth, there is no time and everything is happening simultaneously

meaning that every dimension is “stacked” upon one another. Yet in dimensions #1-4,
there is the illusion of linear time with past, present and future. This means that Earth
has 12 different dimensions happening at once and the purpose of this Shielding
Process is to access the 12D version of Earth’s energy. The goal is to intentionally
draw it up into your multidimensional body, here in the present moment, to support
your Mind, Body & Soul’s evolution.

Again, we do not need to spend tons of time on the technicalities of dimensions etc. -
only 1% of spiritually awakening people right now actually need to know the details.
The focus of this guidebook is getting you into action with the process and FEELING
the benefits. Spending time applying this practice will yield more benefits than
researching endlessly.

more esoteric communities and the far-reachings of the internet. These are not a

Instructions

When one begins to work with the Maharic Shield and our own personal shielding, it
is important to keep several things in mind. Firstly, go slow and make sure you are
able to visualize the 6 pointed star. Do not rush this as it is a key component to truly
access the Maharic Shield. Do not be in judgment that it is supposed to look or feel a
certain way - it is wise to trust your intuition and heart rather than your mind.

Initially, do not skip any steps and do your utmost to follow the sequence. Use the
power of your imagination and intention to blast away any doubts you have about
accessing the shield - these are two of the most powerful human creative abilities and
they have been under-utilized for many of us. Intend that you will easily and fully
connect to the shield. Intend that you are drawing up the correct amount of energy
that is perfect for where you are at. Intend for the crystal light of the 12D Maharic
Shield to activate your DNA. Intention is very important when you are on this journey.

Before starting the instruction process, find a comfortable seat, ideally in a dark room,
and sit with your spine free from touching anything. It is best to sit and not lie down
for this process. Ensure you are in a distraction free environment and set a timer for a
minimum of 15 minutes. Intend to not open your eyes for the full 15 minutes (or
more). Even if you feel you have “messed up”, simply restart. This is a practice. Honor
the journey of this. There is no end destination as you will simply be able to explore
holding more and more light in your body. There is no limit. Remember: you will get
better with time. Doing this for 333 days will transform your life. Even one day will be
of benefit to your awakening journey.

It is important to balance your masculine and feminine aspects during this practice.
You have to train yourself to fluidly follow a certain set of steps and work to master
visualization. Simultaneously, you must focus on the subtle, sensitive energies
associated with the Divine Feminine. There comes a point when you will switch off the
linear, logical masculine mind after many sessions of practice and fully surrender to
the divine feminine flow of this experience. This is often when the biggest
breakthroughs and deepest connections occur. If you find yourself being too rigid or

tense, bring in some playful feminine energy, smile and know that your masculine
energy is holding space for you to explore subtle, smooth, gentle, yet powerful
energy. There is no forcing within this process.

Always begin your meditation by setting the sacred space. Often, we can forget the
importance of clearing any lower frequency energies from ourselves. It is wise to take
some warm-up breaths to center yourself and let go of any thoughts, feelings or
sensations. From your heart, declare that you are God, Sovereign & Free - this is a
mantra that sets-up a powerful field around you so your spirit team can support you
and nefarious entities cannot attach to you. Declare that you are in service to Unity
Consciousness, Divine Love and Peace. Declare that any Beings that are not based in
the Light and service to the Law of One are NOT allowed in your personal space…
across all time, beyond time and within all dimensions. You can make this as long or
as short as your desire - the key is to come from a place of confidence and truth. Once
you feel you have completed this stage, it is time to declare your intention for the
practice.

Next, state your intention for your practice from your heart-space - this usually means
to say the words without speaking and place the energy of intention into the quantum
field. Some potential examples are:

● It is my sacred intention to deeply connect to Mother Earth, access her Maharic

Shield and fortify my own personal shield so that I can create harmony in my
life

● It is my intention to easily access the Maharic Shield and to feel it’s life-force
strengthen my own shield

● It is my declaration to fully tap into 12D Earth energies and feel the power of
the Earth’s crystalline core. I will strengthen my personal shield to support the
awakening of myself and humanity

You would then begin the Maharic Shield Connection process outlined in the next
section.

Once you have concluded the process below, it is important to spend several minutes
sitting in the energy of Unity. Resting in stillness in the energy of Unity is a powerful
way to connect to spirit guides and other beings working to service Unity. Many
people have accessed clear communications with guides by adding this part into the
shield process. You may not have instant communication, but if you truly access Unity
in the present moment after the shield process, you may be blessed with connecting
directly with guides. It is important to know that simply by practicing resting in Unity
Consciousness for several minutes, you are strengthening your connection to the
benevolent beings beyond the veil - whether your mind directly knows it or not. Do
not skip this step. “Resting In Unity Consciousness” simply means focusing on your
heart-space, letting any thoughts drift by and feeling Unity in your heart. You can
silently chant “Unity” or “Unity Consciousness” if you feel your mind is running. Make
sure to have a smile on your face while you do this as it amplifies the effect - in fact,
you will have even more success with connecting to the shield and yourself if you are
smiling gently throughout!

6 Sided Silver Star Image

This is the author’s simple 2D representation of the 6 sided Silver Star that is often
referenced in spiritual texts as the Hierophant symbol. In modern religion, it is called
the Star of David. At times, it is called the Merkaba star. This is a powerful symbol
that allows you to harness high frequency energies from the 11th and 12th
dimensions simply by placing your awareness on it. It is no wonder that modern
religion incorporated this powerful, yet subtle symbol. Know that the silver star is
actually a combination of 2 stars: one of white light and one of dark silver light - when
they are combined the form the 6 sided pale silver star, which is referred to in this
process as simply the 6 sided silver star.

Make sure that you practice looking at this symbol and “drawing it” or “feeling it” in
your mind. You do not need to make it fancy, but you must intend that there are 6
sides to the symbol. You can visualize the star as filled in, flowing energy lines or
hollowed out. Whatever makes sense to you in the present moment.

Refer to this when starting the personal shielding instructions.

Personal Shielding Technique Instructions

1. Close your eyes and imagine, intend or visualize a 6 sided silver star of light
against the back of your eyes. You can also imagine this silver star in the
middle of your brain inside the pineal gland. Sit with this image for 5+ breaths.

Feel its power. Ensure you have stabilized the image in your mind before
proceeding. It may take several weeks to do this step if you have not mastered
visualization. Do not get discouraged - keep practicing.

2. Inhale while holding the 6 sided silver star, also known as the Hierophant, in
the center of your brain.

3. Exhale and breathe the silver star down the center of your body - from pineal
to neck to heartspace to womb / gut to genitals and down through your legs.
Breathe it straight down into the Crystalline Core of the Earth, which is also
known as your 13th Chakra or the Earth Core Chakra. Let it “click” into the
center of the Earth’s core.

You will have to train yourself to take slow, length, smooth, calm breaths to
effectively feel the silver star pass through all your body parts, into the ground,
through the layers of the earth - whatever they look like to you - and into the
crystalline core of the Earth. The core of the Earth may feel or appear as molten
crystals, solid quartz, a swirling mass of lights, or something else. It may
change as you become more confident in this practice. Simply observe and not
judge throughout this process.

If you find yourself rushing or wish to slow down the descent into the earth,
add an extra breath here. Ie. Exhale down the body, Inhale as you draw the
silver star into the earth’s crust, Exhale as you continue down and enter into the
crystalline core. Then proceed to the next step with an Inhale. I often add this
extra step.

4. Inhale slowly while you perceive, imagine or feel the silver star begin to spin
extremely fast before it suddenly expands into an enormous, disc-shaped
platform or pale silver light that extends outward through the entire Earth and
into the atmosphere. Once you see the disc, the Maharic Shield of Earth, bring
your focus back to the center where your 6 sided silver star is spinning.

Make sure to clear focus on the Maharic Shield before switching your attention
to the Silver Star at the center. The spinning of the silver star is the “switch”
that activates the Maharic Shield

For beginners, it can be helpful to perceive the Maharic Shield as a flat, large
silver coin that extends on a horizontal plane from the Earth center outwards
into space. See the Maharic Shield image.

Note that you may wish to spend a breath or two here exploring and feeling the
power of the Maharic Shield of Earth. You can breathe for as long as you wish
here - just make sure to move to the next step on an EXHALE.

5. Exhale and feel the power of your breath begin to make the Maharic Shield
spin.

This may show up as an instant swirling of pale silver light. It could also be a
flash or a dance of different colors. Simply intend that your breath makes the
shield spin, which is how you are able to “draw up” this high frequency energy
of the Earth. You can also linger here for several breaths and marvel at the
swirling shield. Make sure that you move to the next step on an INHALE.

6. Inhale and direct the silver light of the spinning Maharic Shield to draw into
and around your 6 sided silver star, which continue to reside in the center of
the Maharic Shield.

7. Exhale and direct the silver light of the Maharic Shield to totally cover and fill
the 6 sided silver star. This will make the 6 sided silver star glow even brighter
due to so much silver light entering it from the Maharic Shield. Imagine the star

 briefly flashing crimson red or a bright color for a split second at the end of
your exhalation.

8. Inhale and detach the 6 sides silver star from the Earth’s Maharic Shield. Draw
the star up from the crystalline core to a location that is 1 foot below your feet.
This is where your dormant personal maharic shield is located.

As you do this, imagine a silver “ Connection Line” attached to the 6 sided star
as it is drawn up from the crystalline core. This Connection Line is attached to
the center of the Maharic Shield and your 6 sided silver star. The 12th
dimensional energy will flow through this line as it makes its way from the
Earth’s Shield to your shield.

9. Exhale as you focus on the 6 sided silver star that is now a foot (12 inches)
below your feet. Imagine the force of the exhale causing a 4 foot silver disc, a
platform, to emerge from the silver star.

This step activates your personal maharic shield, which is your 12th
dimensional energy platform from which you will build a pillar of supportive
and protective light around your body. If you are familiar with the Ascend
Master called Kwan Yin, you may have seen this platform before as she is often
depicted floating above a silver shield. You may wish to spend several breaths

10. Inhale and draw more silver light up from the Earth’s core and into your 6
sided silver star.

11. Exhale and pulse more silver pale light from the 6 sided silverstar out to the
edges of your Maharic Shield. Intend that your Maharic Shield is pulsing and
shimmering as more and more light from the Earth’s core flows into it. Send
this light to the edges of your Maharic Shield.

12. Inhale and guide the 6 sided silver star from your personal shield, up through
the central body column, through your head and stop it 3 feet above your head

 at your 14th chakra. As this occurs, feel the Connection Line follow the star.
The Connection Line can be visualized as 6 inches wide - now running
vertically through the center of your body. The silver star hangs above your
head still attached to the Connection Line.

13. Exhale slowly while feeling a massive surge of powerful energy flow through
your body. Take several deep breaths here. Be with the current of this energy -
focus on it. Become it. Allow it to permeate every cell and DNA strand of your
body.

personal shield - allow the Connection Line to stay in place running from 3 feet
above your head down to your personal shield and into the Earth.

Connection Line, through your personal shield and place this energy in your
Heart Chakra. Visualize this energy then radiating from your heart-space and
transforming every DNA strand in your body.

“Quick Shield” Instructions

There are times when you do not have 15 minutes to complete the full personal
shielding process. While I highly recommend to my clients that they become devoted
to the full personal spiritual hygiene practice if they wish to maximize their results and
increase their connection to Source Consciousness (“God”, The Divine Intelligence
etc.), there are times and situations where a “Quick Shield” is more practical.

We’ve spoken of the power of intention and when applying the “Quick Shield” it is
once again important. Intend to connect as deeply as you’ve ever connected before.
This technique can be great if you are in line at a store, feeling ungrounded at work or
forgot to do the full technique in the AM. It creates a sense of peace, groundedness,
stillness and centeredness - all vital frequencies to embody and emit in this rapidly
shifting world.

2. Center yourself with several deep breaths.

 3. Bring your awareness to your heart-space (the area behind the center of your
collar bone).

4. Inhale and feel the full power of your Heart.

5. Exhale and visualize / feel a shiny silver thread run from your heart, down
between your legs, into the Earth, through all of the layers (whatever they look
like or feel like to you) and into the crystalline core of the Earth.

6. Take several breaths feeling, perceiving, visualizing, becoming and knowing the
Crystalline Core of the Earth. Feel its immense energy. Trust that you are
connecting to the highest frequency form of Earth.

7. When you are ready, on the inhale, draw that energy back-up the silver thread
or line that you have previously established. The line may move or not. Simply
feel that energy flow up through the Earth, between your legs and into your
heart.

8. Breathe for several breaths while this energy comes into your heart and then is
rippled, like a stone thrown into water, all over your Body and into the world.

9. When you are ready, let the line dissolve as you continue to breathe.

including the 6 sides, that can be used in personal shielding, the most powerful is the
Eckasha.

This sacred symbol - shown below - connects you directly into the energy of Source.
Ancients and Galactic Beings “sing” or “sound” this light code symbol for a variety of
purposes including accessing Source Consciousness. By meditating on the symbol,
eventually, when you can see it in your mind, you can replace the 6 sided silver star

Sacred Schedule

With the increase of light codes (plasma energy radiation) coming off of the sun as we
enter into the Age of Aquarius, the new era of Earth, we can feel tired and lethargic.
We can feel overwhelmed as we navigate our DNA evolving and all that comes with
this process. And yet, we still have to manage careers, care for children, meditate,
grow food and support our communities. I get it… I am going through this as well.

That is why it is more important than ever to harness your inner sacred masculine
energy once or twice a day to sit in meditation and practice this process. Set a timer
for a minimum of 15 minutes. Ask your partner to look after the kids and not distract
you. Put the dog away. Turn off your phone. Schedule it into your day timer.

You can do this in your bedroom when you wake-up, or even take a “toilet break” to
practice if you are at work. Prioritize this practice and the spiritual rewards will be
vast.

Remember if it is not scheduled, it often won’t be done. Use this practice as an

opportunity to go inward… into the Earth and into you!

And if you are in a rush or busy one day, at the very minimum, harness the “Quick
Shield” meditation!

Final Thoughts

The 12th Dimensional Personal Shield process has the power to transform your Mind,
Body & Soul. It has the potential to activate new levels of Consciousness you hadn’t
dreamed possible. It can fill you with energy and support your multidimensional
layers. It will connect you to the Earth and Nature like you’ve never known before.

However, you have to be willing to input the time and energy required to truly access
this energy. It will take time and each of us has slightly different ways of connecting.
