Re: Observation of Absences and Tardiness

Greetings!

This is to inform the University of Nueva Caceres Student Congress Representatives and
Student Body that the 21st Student Congress will be observing the Rule XII, Section 68 and
Section 69 of the Rules of the University of Nueva Caceres - Student Congress. Penalties and
sanctions will be given to representatives that will infringe constituted rules. Therein, each
absence will equalize to a ₱150.00 penalty and as for tardiness, every 5 minutes will equal to
₱7.00 penalty. This is to ensure the effective performance of the student congress
representatives during sessions. Expulsions and suspension will be strictly enforced to
representatives who are often lacking without proper excuses.
May we all work according to our duties for the betterment of the student body and for the
greater glory of God.
