1. Describe a time when you had to approach people, with different perspectives, for
support or cooperation.

I will keep it simple and short in these 3 examples.

I always try to approach people with different perspectives, and more when selling a
vacation. For example, there was a time when one of my clients did not wanted to go
to a secrets amr resort, even though they were only 2 adults traveling, they wanted to
stick to a family resort, so i had to start making the correct answers to know what was
all of this about, they did not wanted to tell me so i tried different ways of explaining
the product in this way they will open and tell me what was all this abouts, finally they
told me that they thought that an only adults resorts was people naked all around the
resort, so i have to show them pictures and more info to open their mind to a different
perspective they had.

2. Could you share an example of a situation in which teamwork enhanced your ability
to accomplish your goals or the outcomes?

So at my last job there was a time when we had too much work. 3 co-workers were
sick at home. So our tasks went over our head, so we had to divide each of our
responsibilities in 4 separate tasks and each one of us took one responsibility, so we
could focus only on that specific one and at the end we separated the last activity into
4 and we all did the same work and sales that day.

We had to trust each other and communicate really well, in order to accomplish this,
and we made it perfectly.

3. Tell me about a time, when you had to work in a changing environment, where you
had to be flexible.
When covid striked us all, i used to have a small family restaurant, but because covid
we had to close it and we had a lot of food in storage, so i decided to create a new
menu to sell all that storage food, it was not a fancy menu, so i looked for people that
will fit into this new not fancy menu.
So I took a motorcycle and started delivering this food by to security guards, people at
construction areas and all of the people working outside in covid
