ABSTRACT

A study on “perception of employees about organizational hr practices and culture”


was done at CannyMinds Technology Solutions pvt ltd, Chennai. The purpose of the
study is to understand and to find out the employees perception in hr practices and
culture towards the CannyMinds. The period of study was three months from March
to May. The sample size of the study is 120. The research adopts a descriptive analysis
and sampling techniques used are census method. The primary data was collected by
conducting personal surveys and questionnaires with the organization. The secondary
data was collected from several articles, journals, reports and studies. The tools which
are used for this study are Pearson Correlation, Independent t test, Correlation. The
findings aim to provide insights into how employees perceive these practices and their
impact on organizational culture. The analysis revealed that the customers have a
mixed opinion on organization HR practices and culture. The project also reveals few
genuine suggestions that could be implemented to improve the functioning of the HR
Department.
