• A New category that is introduced with LEED V3.
• The intent is to encourage teams to attempt LEED credit that
address specific environmental priorities in project’s region
• Regional priority credits are only available to projects within
the United States
• Maximum of 4 credits can be earned under Regional Priority
credits
